Ordered a speaker cab from express…
Ordered a speaker cab from express music, never used them before but the service was excellent and the cab arrived next day even though I ordered after 12pm. Would definitely use express music again.

Great guitar shop, great people
Second time of buying a top end guitar from these lovely people. I am the World’s worst most fussy customer and even so they were still awesome and it was Harriet that emailed to notify me of a new guitar they had in stock that I might like, and I ended up buying it after lots of tooing and froing. They even made enquiries direct with the Fender custom shop in USA to answer all my questions.
Would buy another guitar or amp etc from here in a heartbeat. Like music shops used to be, AND Phil makes a great cuppa.

Extremely happy with my purchase
As a new customer, Express Music’s customer service was very warm and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the delivery process and answered my questions about the instrument's condition over the phone, which I really appreciated. My instrument arrived in an excellent condition the next working day.
