The staff at Express Casket were very compassionate and made the whole process easy and followed up after delivery of casket to funeral home. They had the best pricing and beautiful caskets to choose for our loved one. Excellent customer service with Scott and staff and there are no hidden fees. I would recommend this company over the others being they have local locations in major cities that can reach small towns, best prices and free delivery to funeral home.

Dissatisfied
The transaction of the casket I purchased was ok however I was charged for someone else's purchase of the same casket. I was not notified by Express Casket of the error. I noticed the additional charge and contacted customer service.
It took 4days for my refund to be processed and I have yet to receive the complimentary credit I was promised.
Poor service

Scott is a great guy
Scott is a gray guy. He answered all my question about funeral, who is in charge and even questions unrelated to caskets. He also helped me with questions on markers. I was in need and he was comforting. I would highly recommend him him/the company any time. I did get a chuckle when he called me a return customer
