Perfect, even with me making a mess of the order
I made a mess of the order over the weekend. Monday morning I got a call from Sophie who sorted it all out in a couple of minutes, and had my order in the cage for collection with access code sent over a further few minutes later. Perfect thank you 5 ⭐️

I believe the bottle is half full as much as it was a good deal the saying too good to be true comes to mind.
There customer service in resolving the issue was incredibly quick.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback Andy. I have tried to get in touch this morning to discuss replacing this bottle for you. Our gas comes directly from our suppliers and, like all product from big companies, occasionally an item can be faulty. We would have welcomed the chance to rectify this for you before finding out about the issue on Trustpilot. Pease do get in touch as soon as you can.

First time collecting gas - it’s easy
First time collecting gas and didn’t really know what to do or expect. I found the place by following the helpful signs through to the back end of Bournemouth Airport industrial park and the lady there was extremely helpful and polite. Easy process and will use again.

Ordered 2 x cylinders on line received confirmation e-mail almost immediately.
Although on previous occasion had requested home delivery on this occasion decided to collect direct from Bournemouth depot.
Upon arrival 2x cylinders were awaiting my collection.
Great service 👏.
Will most definitely use and recommend.
