I would give you 0 stars if I could.
After many many weeks of delays your buyers still haven't transferred any of their utilities over more than a week after close so I cant close out accounts and I dont know if i am going to get stuck with some of their bills...and I cant get my money being held by the title company either.
My agent had to go to your buyers home and things arent resolved yet.
I have called and left messages so I guess its lawsuit time!
Total irresponsible crap show!
Diwachi (not sure about spelling) in Lansing MI. Dont sell through them, just say no and find another buyer, dont waste your time as it has been a miserable experience.

Don't deal with Savannah and Eric in Summerville SC. Smile to your face, but just out to sell houses no matter how much it costs the seller. Just sold my home and they cared more about what the buyer wanted than me AND I HIRED YOU!!!!! There is no fight in them for their customers and list my house wrong and I had to eat it. Lots of shady deals and held back paperwork and tried to blame my lawyer. Don't use them they messed my situation all up. THANKS A LOT SAVANNAH AND ERIC!!!!!!!!

Contacte con un agente de la inmobiliaria.para que me informará de una casa que tiene en venta y concertarmos una visita el se ofreció en llevarnos a verla porque mi esposo y yo no tenemos coche.cuando vimos la casa nos dice que el nos cobraba 2000€ de comisión y a la propietaria otros 2000€.le Digimos que esos 2000€ no lo teníamos presupuestado en los gastos de la compra entonces nos contestó que nos lo dejaba en 500€ la comisión, mi esposo le dijo que no le gustaba la casa porque tenía que hacerle muchas reformas porque en la fotos se veía otra cosa y el anuncio decía que no necesitaba ninguna reforma el cual no era verdad.como se llegó a hacer la compra nos dice el agente que le paguemos 50€ por a vernos llevado a ver la casa porque no se hizo la compra.el cual nosotros en ningún momento le pedimos que nos llevara el fue quien se ofreció en llevarnos.esa fue la experiencia con esta inmobiliaria...

Contacté por que estaba interesada en una vivienda, yo tenia un limite y la vivienda era más cara de mi límite, solo consulté si había posibilidad de una contraoferta. Y la respuesta fue tremenda... un simple no, o lo siento no es posible por esa cantidad, no hubiera supuesto una reseña negativa, pero que te respondan que tienen muchos clientes interesados y que para ofrecer algo así que me busque algo que pueda pagar y que ellos no están para bajar el precio que el comprador pida. La verdad que es bastante desagradable la respuesta... Es totalmente lícito hacer una contraoferta, hasta ahora en ninguna otra inmobiliaria me han tratado de esa manera. Y repito, yo lo entiendo que no pudiera ser posible, pero de verdad un simple no, o lo sentimos no es posible es suficiente.

I felt embarrassed. I found someone through the language exchange app who was to teach me how to mine in liquidity pools. The scammer actually gave me 50.18 USDC, which I registered and deposited into eXp Realty, and showed me how to trade and make profits; I even withdrew 122.01 USDC. The scammer later informed me that I should invest more in order to earn bigger profits. So I withdrew my money from the retirement fund ($158,540) and deposited in eXp Realty, following instructions, and managed to raise my balance to $1,105,410. I was so thrilled that I withdrew $560,411 but I was told that the amount was too big, hence requiring 9% gas fee deposit ($59,050). I quickly got the money and paid the required fee, since I was confident that I could withdraw the funds, since I did before. The next request was 34% wallet verification fee, and then I realized that it was a fraud. I reported the situation to my credit provider, who then referred me to a cyber tracing company (Skillfulrecoverytech), which tracked the USDC and traced its movement up to when it was sold on Kraken P2P.

Wouldn’t deal with this place again. PJ Poznikoff put a lock box on a house. The seller went with another real estate company and PJ has never removed his lock box. I tried contacting him multiple times and he has been showing no efforts in trying to return my key from the lock box that he put there. I’ve also spoke with Mike Wood at this location, trying to see if his manager would get him to remove the lockbox and return my key. PJ Poznikoff did insult me calling me miserable because I was trying to get my key back And then Mike tried to offer some assistance, but didn’t understand the device was dead and would not power as it has been left there for a long time. I would be very cautious dealing with this location and Mike Wood and PJ Poznikoff. As of right now, I still don’t have my key and all they told me Mike would that be the person who told me is I can use an angle grinder to cut off their key box however that won’t return my key. If this is how they are behaving with me, I’m curious how they behave with other people and house sales and what other things.

One realtor is definitely having a mental health issue. Don’t think they screen their realtors! Beware!

I am a disabled veteran buyer sharing my personal experience. During the transaction, my father was dying and my mother was contacted while our family was in that crisis. I closed on the condo and am now facing what I estimate to be around a $100,000 total loss after price difference, repairs, carrying costs, resale pressure, and the condition of the unit.

In my experience, the transaction left me with serious financial harm, a property that needed major work, and complications involving HOA leasing restrictions, missing/old appliances, repairs, and resale. I would strongly warn buyers to verify comps, final walkthrough condition, appliances, HOA rental rules, repair needs, and every representation in writing before closing.

This review is based on my personal experience and documents from my transaction. I would not use this agent or any connected company again.

I had a frustrating experience with Diana Yeji Kim. We confirmed a 5:30 PM showing, but after I arrived and messaged her, she responded that she could not come and tried to reschedule for later that night. Last-minute cancellations after a confirmed appointment are unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time.

While standing at the fence of a house Sarah Cardoso has listed I met her. On her sign she has Charleston Home Matchmaker. I thought that was pretty cool. During our conservation I found out that she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She is pleasant to talk with and after a few minutes I discovered that she has a genuine desire to help people with their real estate needs. To her it is not a job it is a passion. She brings energy, enthusiasm and eagerness to what she is doing. She puts the clients interest first and foremost. She is definitely an asset to EXPrealty. Johnny Royall in Winston Salem, NC is a terrible agent. He has NEVER shown my house!! He has only listed it let other agents do the work!!! Also has not kept both home owners update to date on offers others matters dealing with the sell of the home. I guess for him if you a female you do not need to know anything even after you ask to be told. I would not recommend him to no one for anything.

Regina mumford was the absolute nightmare from real estate to work with. she cant even keep track of what she does and doesnt do regarding repairs. then proceeds to charge you for it. she uses unprofessional forms of communication and is so nosey into everyones business. even management admits shes a nigthmare.

Si pudiese dar menos estrellas las daba. Una estafa total, contraté a un agente de esta empresa para que me ayudase a gestionar una compra de un piso que HABÍA ENCONTRADO YO, en la contraoferta puso una cláusula en la que afirmaba que ella ya cogía la exclusiva de ese piso con nosotros.

¿Resumen? No me ha gestionado nada porque nos hemos dado cuenta de que son unos estafadores pero como ese papel está firmado si quiero comprar ese piso le tengo que pagar... ¿eso es lógico?

Porque además me pintó unas ofertas hipotecarias maravillosas y lo único que me ofrecían era en ING (banco con el que trabajaba esta agente) y a un 4,2% de interés, en el momento en el que le dije que no queríamos eso y queríamos mirar otra cosa se puso nerviosa y ya quería firmar arras para cobrar...

Un desastre, al final tendré que pagarle, pero esa persona y esta empresa van a hacer pocas compras o ventas a la gente de mi alrededor, ya me encargaré yo

Working with this realty company has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve dealt with. They failed to notify me for over a month and a half that a commission payment from my tenant had been rejected. Instead of communicating the issue promptly like any competent business should, they allowed the situation to sit unresolved while time passed and the balance grew more stressful to address.
Then, after their own complete lack of timely communication, they are now expecting immediate payment while refusing to accept reasonable accommodations like payment plans or even credit card payments. Expecting clients to absorb the consequences of THEIR delay without offering any flexibility is unacceptable and incredibly poor business practice.
A professional company communicates financial issues immediately, works collaboratively toward solutions, and treats clients with basic respect. This company did none of those things. The experience felt disorganized, careless, and unnecessarily punitive.
If you value transparency, timely communication, and professional customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Kev was great in dealing with viewings and giving us feedback and keeping us in loop. Some agents send staff who have never seen property and never give us feedback. Kev went above and beyond and managed to get s sale which the big boys could not do.

Mary Newhouse is the realtor for a house we put a contract on. The house was never taken off the market. A red flag we missed was how urgent she wanted our due diligence money before we had an inspector look at the house. The inspector came back with 2 pages of warnings to include support beam bores, possible termites (mud tubes found in crawl space), and serious roof repair needed. The plumbing in the newly remodeled bathroom wasn't installed correctly. Sensibly, we backed out. Mary kept our check. We were the second to experience this fraud and financial loss. (Don't be fooled by the Bibles and Christian books staging the house.) The house was removed from listing and reposted within a day as NEW, with a price increase, and history erased. There are no disclosures of these legitimate issues in the contract. I feel like the issues are known to the sellers and agent, and they are waiting for someone less informed to buy the house and be stuck with it. We would never look at or buy a home that Mary lists.

If you are a seller or buying, stay as far away from Michelle Cordova and eXp Realty as possible. What started as a "kind" professional relationship turned into a complete disaster the moment our home hit the market.
Complete Negligence & Lack of Support:
Once the ink was dry on the contract, Michelle vanished. She showed up for exactly one open house. For every other showing, she sent "replacement" agents who were completely unvetted and knew absolutely nothing about our home. On one occasion, I drove by my own property to find an eXp agent sitting inside doing nothing—no signs in the yard, no marketing, nothing. When I called Michelle to report this, she was on vacation and made it clear she was prioritizing other clients over our listing.
Financial Deception:
As first-time sellers, we hired an "expert" to guide us. Instead, Michelle blindsided us. She failed to disclose that we would be responsible for the buyer’s agent commission and hid numerous other closing costs from us until the very end. We felt misled and financially trapped.
Abusive Communication & Extortion:
When we grew concerned about these hidden fees and suggested taking the house off the market to regroup, Michelle’s "kind" persona evaporated. She became incredibly rude, unprofessional, and "snarky" toward my wife and me. Rather than acting as a consultant, she effectively quit on us and immediately demanded a $1,400 "exit fee" just to release us from the contract. It felt like we were being shook down for money after she failed to do her job.
Unprofessional Exit:
Even after we fired her, the harassment continued. We placed her sign out front for her third-party vendor to collect. When they failed to see it during a drive-by, Michelle immediately began threatening us with even more charges for the cost of the sign. The moment I cited the specific terms of our contract back to her, she went silent.
This team is only after a commission check. They do not care about your home, your family, or the truth. Selling a home is a major life event, and Michelle Cordova turned ours into a traumatic experience. Avoid at all costs.
