Expost, A Fantastic Service.
I Managed to let the 1 yr account expire and expected all my mail to be ashes by now. Contacted Brodie and the team, all stepped up and had me back up and running within 24 hrs with post already on the way. They even tried to make me laugh while doing it.

I would highly recommend Expost to anybody needing a first or indeed a second UK postal address. We lived in Spain for many years but as Expats we still had a need for a UK based address. Expost has certainly provided a fantastic all round service for us over the years. Customer service is second to none as is their overall reliability and wide range of postage and post box options.
We would highly recommend Expost as a company.

This company is quite exemplary in absolutely everything it offers. There has not been even the remotest of occasions when I have needed a question answering that the speed and quality of response has been anything less than 1000%, Brodie doesn't appear to go home or sleep!!

Courteous, clear, useful, no messing, accommodating, extraordinary good value for the money (Annual Account, 2nd year) 1000 stars.

If you have a problem with Expost, you are either doing something incredibly wrong, are genuinely really thick or a wilfully Gnarly human being that pokes holes in everything...

I have been using Expost for a few months as I am a "Digital Nomad," and I can work and live anywhere I want but still need to receive physical post from time to time.

I have been very impressed with every aspect of Expost's service, the customer service is exceptional and the value for money is the best there is.

If I had to be super critical I would say they need to tweak the website a little but honestly, who cares, its the service you are after and Expost is 10/10!

My husband moves around the country with his job I would not be able to go with him if it wasn't for Expost handling our mail. We have been with them for about 4 years they are a professional company, completely trust worthy, and extremely helpful, they go the extra mile to ensure we continue to have confidence in them. The web site is easy to navigate, they are at the end of the phone should you wish to speak to a real person. I drove past their office last year as I was holidaying in West Wales, when I told Brodie this he was disappointed I didn't call in to meet the team in person, I will next time.
If you are thinking of signing up to this service don't hesitate they are the best. Since we have been with them they have expanded and have franchise all over the UK, thank goodness I don't want them ever to give up handling my mail.

The service at expost is best in class, all mail is scanned and emailed same day, questions are responded to with in minutes and the staff go well over and above the line of duty to ensure things run smoothly. It's like having a relative at the end of the line willing to help you out no matter what!

Would recommend Expost first all your needs in post redirecting and related services. I generally use them for collating a forwarding items to a third country and have no complaints about the service. Website is straightforward and easy to use, so you can tweak your preferences. They are also quickly available via email and phone to sort out any issues. Service is professional, but friendly and Brodie has a lovely, wicked sense of humour...!
For shipping, have had no issues and the team have gone to extra effort to repackage and make special arrangements when forwarding stuff. Additionally, I have taken advantage of their reposting , which works well.
In summary, highly recommended......
