We initially were sceptical as to the usefulness of having Expost look after our mail.
I can honestly say that it is indespensible. How could we have managed without this most excellent service from Brodie and his team. And we have indeed tested his knowledge.
Documentation from abroad is now a dream. And outpost is another excellent feature.
We cannot rate this service highly enough. Thank you all.

We have used Expost now for a couple of years and always found their service to be very good. We have never had any major issues and the few small problems we have had have always been dealt with promptly. We also like the "human" touch they give and by the way it was me that stole the yogurt from the fridge!

I have been using Expost for over a year now, based in the USA for a long term assignment this service has made life so much easier to keep my affairs in the UK easy.
I have had no issues with the service and whilst I was looking at my options Expost stood out from the rest for me, I can say that mail service has been second to none and that they have always answered any questions I have had.

We have been using Expost for around eight months now. Using Expost made our dream of living in a mobile home more worthwhile. It enables us go abroad for weeks/months at a time knowing that our post will be kept safe for when we return. Just log into your account and send it on demand, happy days!. When I originally contacted Expost the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, understanding and non judgemental. Not unlike some companies who are just after your money with no after care, Expost are very approachable and would recommend to anyone I cannot sell it enough to our friends lol! Thank you

Expost are a breath of fresh air. A company that really cares about their customers. A seamless service. Nothing is too much trouble for Brodie and his team in West Wales. We travel a lot in Europe and it is such a relief to know that your post is in safe hands and having daily scans is just brilliant. We have had post forwarded to us all over Europe and the UK without any problems and if there is, the team always find a solution. If you phone Expost, someone always answers the phone and are ready to help also by email. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. A truly excellent service and lovely people.

I have been using this service as a customer of Canal Post and so far I have been very happy and impressed with the service. Mail has been forwarded accurately and promptly and any queries I've had have been responded to in a very helpful and friendly manner. It's also nice to deal with a Company where the staff don't act like robots, treat you as an individual and still have a sense of humour!

Great Service, no queries, used for my UK Bank Accounts, Driving Licence and all UK correspondence.
If I move house, just one change on the web site and all the mail is redirected without the huge Post Office costs!

I have been with Expost for about two years and I have found their services very useful as I currently live abroad, but still need to have a UK base. They are reliable, efficient and helpful with a great customer service. I highly recommend Expost.

I have been using this mail forwarding service for nearly two years now - my genuine review of this company is absolutely 100% positive. I am signed up at the Midlands mail centre and everything there runs as it should and as expected. Support staff from head office are always prompt, polite and happy to help and I would also highly recommend the mail room in Midlands who I am in fairly regular contact with and who are very easy to speak with and genuinely seem to care about my post. They handle my product returns for my business and consolidate them into one weekly package. The system alerts me with all my tracking info which is helpful. I did try other similar businesses before finding Expost but will be sticking with the Midlands Expost for the foreseeable future! Brodie, thank you for being so personable on the phone/emails - I know you will read this (as you reply to everyone!) so please offer my gratitude to Greg and his team from Midlands too. Expost deliver exactly what they promise, a street address and an easy to use interface for checking your post and managing your account online. So far I haven't used their forwarding services so I can't comment on those, however I am able to read all of my mail online and find this to be extremely efficient. Staff in the office are extremely helpful, although I've only needed to call them once they responded promptly to my queries. I've recently renewed my contract and anticipate continuing to use this service for many more years!

Diligent, personable and professional. Vital provision for those living away from the UK. Many of your shopping favourites are not available to shipped worldwide. But with a UK registered address from Expost, everything can be delivered

We are very happy with the service. It is efficient and environmentally friendly as i can view all my mail on line and decide whether ti have mail destroyed or forwarded to me here in Cyprus. Plus having a UK address to which my bank can send new cards etc has been exceptionally helpful.

I am now in my third year with Expost and the service has always been exemplary... and over the years the service has continued to improve...the latest version of scan viewer is perfect and saves me from receiving unnecessary mail sending charges for mail that I can print myself...Perfection...

My experience with Expost has been nothing but positive. I used to have a Royal Mail PO Box, and frankly Expost could show them how to do it - much better service, for less cost. Delighted!

Absolutely first class service. Cannot recommended these guys enough. If you are looking for UK virtual address you won't find a better service.
