I am not happy with first representative sarah she gave me hard time she refuse transfer me to supervisor so i hang up and called ask for supervisor so the guy name gilbert he seems nice and acceptable talk with me through relay service so i satisfied with gilbert than sarah.

Spoke to Vince Brown and tried to cancel the loan that I don't remember signing for and so far he said he will cancel it and take the money back and no charges will occur. So will see... hope no charges will be made. Iam going to check my bank account everyday and see if there's any payment or charges from Explore Credit. So far Vince help me and explain.

Please watch out and beware of this company. Seems shady. I was pre approved with confirmation the funds would be deposited upon receiving my bank information and photo ID. After submitting it was denied. It's making me think it was a scam to get my banking and ID information. I'm quite nervous now actually. Wish I could give this experience negative stars.
