honestly i was a bit nervous using this site at first because i didn't recognize the name explodely on the checkout page for a cooking course i bought. but i used my credit card and everything went through fine. the only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the confirmation email ended up in my promotions folder so i thought i didnt get it for a second lol. but once i found it the download worked great. pretty straightforward and didnt have any issues with the payment.

Don't Deal with Copy/Paste...don't live up to Promises
So far they are not doing so well as far as I'm concerned, I am wishing I would have looked them up before now. Of course I didn't and I watched their video earlier today and made a few purchases, and got to the website and it was too much I had to do before I could actually make any money. So, I felt that it wasn't something that was going to work for me...it might work for someone else, but, I'm not planning on using it and it's a 60 day money back guarantee and I'm a few minutes after the purchase, well within my 60 days...so I requested a REFUND...for some reason that's a problem for the seller, Explodely, not giving me a REFUND....I requested it earlier today around 1:32pm...yet it's been dragged out all day, I contacted support on the webpage, then I needed to get in touch with seller directly, then I needed to verify my email...which I didn't need to do when you took my money, then I'm told it's resolved - but I see no information showing it's cancelled, nor do I see a REFUND....I call several times and I stay on hold for at least a hour each time with music playing, NO one answers, then the line disconnects....
Then I have to start the process all over again...yet support will contact me about making sure I have access to the website, but says nothing about my refund...like I haven't even requested one...I have 4 open tickets...what's the hold-up I don't know...it's crazy....Why they have a customer service number I don't know, because I called at least six times and just got music, long hold and disconnected. It's ridiculous.
I've learned my lesson, no more ordering things like this online....I'm going to do everything I can to get my Money back...It's not alot. but it's mine...so I'll call around to a friend and seek legal advise and check with my bank and find out some other options to take to deal with online companies like this.

Charged 4x for something cancelled and run around on refund
Charged 4x for something I tried to cancel the first few days of the trial. Sent in all of the information that they have asked for as far as contact name, address, email, phone, order number. I have 2 different AI Agents emailing me telling me that they are processing my refund It has been since January. I tried to call the bogus phone number that they provide only to sit on the phone for over an hour for no one to answer me and either keep me on hold or hang up completely. I have kept in constant contact with this company about my refund and have only had one of the 4 charges refunded I have contacted the BBB and my lawyer on this matter and we are prepared to push it further if need be, I am gonna give this company 24 hours to get all 3 of the other refunds issued. I am highly unsatisfied and will make sure not to recommend this scamming company to anyone at all.

When I purchased a program through Explodely.com I had some issues and I was afraid that I would just be taken for my money. I thought well, just another scam I fell for, they'll give me the run around. Especially when I asked for a refund and they said to talk to the company, the payment went to first, to see if they can resolve my issues. But, to my suprise, they sent me an email telling me that if I feel the issues were still not resolved, to click on the link they sent me in this email, and change it to not resolved and they would refund my money immediately.
