I was contacted regarding a case and was not in a position to access the information I needed to respond. The Expert Institute then made a second contact. This was very helpful; one as a reminder and two, as a subsequent contact in the event the first contact was not received. The reply and contact received from the Expert Institute was very timely. The scheduling calendar for the initial contact with the lawyer was such a helpful tool! The entire process was very user friendly.

Not a whole lot to say, because everything went smoothly. A little correspondence between the recruiter and I, a phone interview was set up, and in this instance I was retained as an expert.
