Fantastic customer service (spoke and deal with Megan). Quick and excellent job from the electrician-engineer. Since call till the job done took just 3 days. Fully recommend.

Couldn’t fault
Couldn’t fault! Had been let down by a local engineer and Expert got me in the next day. Engineer was on time and I even got a courtesy call from their office the evening before the test to remind me. There were a few faults that needed sorting and i was provided a quote and the extra work all carried out within the week. Very satisfied customer thank you

Good afternoon,

Thank you
Thank you Experts for an outstanding service! I requested an inspection as it was the last thing needed for my house sale to go through and I was shocked to have been able to get an appointment so quickly! Other companies had a 3 week wait and couldn’t provide me with a quote only an estimate which rang alarm bells. My invoice was exactly what I was quoted with you guys and I even received my certificate sooner than expected. Steve was also a delight. Thank you so much for helping complete the final steps of my house sale and please pass credit to your office staff for going above and beyond. Would most definitely use again

Good morning Julie,
Thank you for your review, we are happy to hear the issues have been rectified and you found the staff helpful. Have a great day!
Fantastic
My report was Unsatisfactory I was worried it would affect the sale of my house. Expert re-assured me and provided me with a quote to get the faults fixed and the chap returned the same week to complete the work. Both the office staff and engineer made me feel at ease throughout and compared to other companies I was quoted very fairly. I would most definitely use them again

Not recommended
-Engineer late by over an hour, ended up chasing the office to find out the update
- No protective shoe covers whilst entering the property
- Very expensive in comparison to local competitors. £160 for EIC, reassured that all was fine then issued the certificate with 6 faults costing £460 to fix.
- Got second opinion, which not only shown that half of faults were absurd but also that I've been massively overcharged for repairs.
Sorry, would not use again. Dishonest.
Just so other people know - this is legitimate feedback on the service we received. For the company who provided service and now responded - you did not contact me regarding this feedback like you claim you did. Service was provided in Newport Gwent before relocation to Carlisle. We do not want to hear from you ever again.

Svar fra Expert Electric Services Ltd
We have been unable to locate a booking for 6 faults and repairs totaling £460 so please ensure the correct company is listed when posting a review. Furthermore, we will be more than happy to assist you and look into this further should you be able to provide us with your job/invoice reference number.
UPDATE:
Hi Nemesis,
We have tried several attempts to request further information from yourself via Trust Pilot in regards to your review to help identify you as one of our customers and to look further into the faults in your report which you have claimed to be absurd. However, we have been unsuccessful and can confirm you are not one of our clients. Your other reviews show your from Carlisle, which is an area we do not cover. We therefore would like to state to our future clients to please ignore this review, it is not for Expert Electric Service Ltd.
LATEST UPDATE:
Just so other people know - as already explained in our last response we reached out to TP for 'Nemesis' details as we do not have this name on our system due to it not being a real name and no further details were passed. Fixed cost of £160 for a 4 bedroom property is very competitive in this market as other companies are estimates which can vary in price but we are fixed, no hidden fees! The report is also an EICR not an EIC as you say. The EICR also gets secondary signed by our Qualified Supervisor so whether it passed or failed wouldn't have been discussed at time of testing and our engineers are compliant with this as we do not want any mis communication to happen.
We are happy you had your remedial work completed, however, the statement claiming our findings were absurd which we shall continue to agree to disagree on as we are an experienced professional company that never hear of this.
Lastly we wish you all the best in this New Year!
No further response required.
Kind regards
EES Team
