Warning this is a scam company
Warning this is a scam company. Received voucher as a gift and tried to use it for a booking only to discover it was expired. No expiration date on our voucher. We leaned it expired in two years and we are just outside that window. I reached out but no wiggle room or extensions allowed. In addition you need to redeem voucher on their platform where the selection is limited and the prices are inflated. What a racket! Stay clear, buyer beware!

Not possible to book train rides sold on the train operators website
Using Traingift (one of Experiencegifts brands):
Traingift is refusing to let me use my voucher for my desired train connection, which Deutsche Bahn would sell to me without any issues.
Also, not all connections are shown. A connection I would have switched to is straight up not showing up (or any connections between the two selected stations), even though many trains pass through them each day (Krakow > Prague).
In the future, I will avoid Experiencegift and their subbrand Traingift. It feels like it is intentionally made difficult to redeem the vouchers.

Had an issue with gift cards not being received, contacted the customer support and they very quickly responded and refunded my money promptly. On a side note , the gift cards did finally show up!

A Waste of Money
My $300 voucher did not list an expiration date, and to my surprise it had expired by one month when I tried to book a flight. The customer service representative claimed there was nothing that she could do to help me. I asked for the CEO's contact info so that I could try to resolve the issue, but I was denied any additional information. A total waste of money.
I received the voucher as a gift, so I didn't know the date of purchase.

This company refuses to redeem our voucher for 600euro that we got as a wedding gift. It was only 4 weeks out of date. We explained we could not travel due to a family members being diagnosed with a serious condition but no empathy was shown. I would not recommend this website as they have not shown any goodwill

They charged us £135 for a room that was available directly from the hotel for £58 - ALL IN NO FURTHER FEES - CONFIRMED AT HOTEL.
Shocking rip off !!
