Expat Relocation & Immigration Services BV Anmeldelser

Elizette and her team have been a huge help in our relocation to the Netherlands. We would not have been able to have done it without her help and information.

I met Elizette just over and year ago and she has been nothing but amazing on our relocation journey. From the start (with all our millions of questions) right through to the end, Elizette and Janine have been phenomenal every step of the way. Thank you SO much for everything you have done for our family!

Absolutely superb service from initial consultation right till the end. Elizette and Janine went above and beyond. Can definitely recommend Expat Relocation and immigration services to anyone with confidence.

Elizette went out of her way to help, and answer questions beyond just the time allocated.
Expat Relocation assisted us allot!
Thank you!

Elizette and Janine have helped us immensely with our relocation to the Netherlands. Having their help took a lot of pressure off us during this stressful time. We can highly recommend the services of Expat Relocation and Immigration Services.

Elizette and Janine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our relocation to the Netherlands from South Africa. Elizette guided us through every step of the way - from residence permits, registering with the gemeente, opening bank accounts, facilitating accommodation, school placement for the children, etc. Every question or request received attention.

My husband and I would not have been able to immigrate to the Netherlands without the help of Elizette Nel. We had been "planning" our move for over a year before our first meeting with Elizette. After that meeting everything sped up and became so much easier. We knew EXACTLY what documentation we needed to get, who to submit it to and when. We were in the Netherlands within 4 months after our meeting. She guided us on everything from rental properties, groceries, visa's, appointments, transport, furniture and much much more.

Elizette is there to answer every question and her help is truly invaluable. We simply cannot thank her and Janine enough. They went above and beyond!

Thank you so much

I wish I had Elizette to assist when I originally came to NL. There are a lot of unknowns to work out which can become seriously challenging whilst working on your new career. Since Elizette came on board to facilitate my husband's relocation, it helped tremendously! Thanks to Elizette for a super professional, always friendly, very efficient service. I recommend using any service she offers, you will not regret it!

I don't think there is a big enough thank you for Elizette for the rewarding experience we had. She submitted and facilitated my application at the IND and even made fire under the agent I have appointed to apostille my documents in Pretoria. I was always informed at each step of the way and might still have been in SA if it was not for her. She is extremely efficient and I can only commend the professional way she conducts her work. Thank you so much Elizette. Your made my dream become a reality and I will always treasure that. You rock!

I must say that dealing with Elizette has been amazing. She has never dropped the ball. With Covid 19 this have been difficult however, I can say a job well done and well worth the fee charged. I can and would recommend them for this service.

Elizette saved lives, a marriage and my sanity! She assisted us with a few things and we felt so empowered after the meeting with her. She had all the answers we were looking for. The Embassy didn’t advise us about the option of a (free) facilitation visa for me as the mother of Dutch children, but thank goodness Elizette explained everything to us and assisted me through the process. We left SA and are now in NL still waiting for my Chávez visa from IND which is delayed due to “Corona”, but Elizette arranged for permission from them so that I can obtain a BSN number from the Gemeente. I am now able to apply for work, a bank account and a cellphone contract! Elizette also researched the best options for schools for our 3 kids with different ages being 4, 8 and 13 years. They are already playing hockey and settling in at their new schools. Elizette took a lot of stress off our shoulders and made the emigration process so much easier! Best money ever spend on the best service!!

Immigrating to another country can be quite the adjustment, thus having someone like Elizette guide us through the whole process made it much easier. I moved over on a highly skilled immigrant visa and to get my partner to join me we had to apply for a partnership visa. COVID 19 complicated things but Elizette was very knowledgeable and worked closely with us to ensure that we submit the correct documentation and follow the needed steps. My partner will join me in less than 2 weeks so very happy with the results! Elizette's way of work is very clear and structured which made it very easy for us to follow.

Elizette has been instrumental in making our move to the Netherlands as smooth as possible in the current circumstances. She is always willing to provide sound advice and goes out of her way to get things done. In my opinion she gives way more than can be reasonably expected and can honestly say that without her our move would have been a lot harder.

Had an excellent experience with Elizette she knows exactly what is needed to get you Visum sorted shes always available if you have questions and willing to help.

Elizette was amazing in her knowledge and support during the whole process. I would without any hesitation recommend her. Thank you so much.

Elizette assisted us with the Spousal visa process for the Netherlands and we were so grateful she did. The entire process was made clear from the start, via skype call to discuss our needs right through to the end. All parts of the process were documented in one place and Elizette was always an email or whats app away.

Thank you Elizette and ExpatRelocations for the support you have offered us during our move to The Netherlands. Your service far exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for that. You were always highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and totally trustworthy.

Wow... Elizette has been superb! Moving to a new country is no small feat but moving with the help of Elizette made it so much easier. She has helped with the technical stuff but also with very practical questions. The explanations as well as the comparisons to the way things are done in South Africa gave me a good idea of what to expect which helped set the tone from the beginning.
Thank you for all your patience and assistance through this life changing experience.

Thank you to Elizette and Expat relocation service for an exceptional job. From the get go her services and communication has been excellent. Even through the covid19 “battle” she did everything she could to get my residency sorted.

I would recommend her to anyone.

Thanks again for all of your advice and assistance, I don’t think I would have been able to do this without you!

Regards
Kirsty

I have only had the most professional experience from Expat Relocation & immigration services.

The company and especially Elizette Nel have been the best support system from South Africa to and including our relocation to the Netherlands. Expat Relocations has assisted us not only with adjusting appointments (due to unforeseen circumstances) in an efficient manner to ensure that we were able to meet our objectives, but also been very friendly and assisted in every possible way they can.

I must say that I am impressed with their client service and relationship management, they are professional, friendly and very efficient.

I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to immigrate to the Netherlands and ensure they are an organization that you can trust to assist you with your relocation process and will give you an exceptional customer experience.
