Expat Relocation & Immigration Services BV Anmeldelser

Elizette and her team have helped us relocate. They were quick with any feedback, positive or negative, answered our questions very timeously and have always been very friendly. They know exactly what is required to move and guided us all the way. They handled all the dutch immigration requirements. All we had to do is give them the documents required.

Elizette's team even helped setting up my kids in schools. She provided contacts in Netherlands for other companies to help with finding a home, even suggested where we could rent electric bicycles :)

Awesome service, the fact that we know each other didn’t get in the way of their professionalism or approach. It was a pleasure with a favorable outcome at the end. Well informed and expectations managed throughout.

A few years ago, my wife and I decided to emigrate to the UK. After getting a few quotes, we decided to do it on our own. I mean, how hard can it be? My wife is an EU citizen, and the UK was part of the EU at the time. We got rejected, and I was asked to leave the UK with immediate effect. I can’t tell you how much this debacle cost.

When we made the decision to move to the Netherlands, we decided to get professional help, and Elizette Nel from Expat Relocations was recommended via an online review like the one I am writing.

Our experience with Elizette, Janine, and the team has been flawless. Everything has worked exactly as predicted; they ensured that we crossed every t and dotted every i. Janine made all our appointments with the local authorities and made sure that we had all the correct documentation. She recommended a property broker who was also amazing. Before we knew it, we were happily and legally ensconced in the Netherlands.

To say that Elizette was exceptional is an understatement. Whatever she charges is more than worth it, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to settle in the Netherlands.

From Heike and I, all I can say is thank you so much, Elizette, for making this move so easy.

Fantastic communication, very helpful resources and advice, super friendly. They supported me through the entire visa application process and gave clear instructions and advice on how to deal with everything. Would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional service. Janine and Elizette are really the only once to contact should you be in the process of immigrating to the Netherlands. Thanks again for all the assistance.

Elizette and Janine are a great team. They made the search for a school for our two children much easier. I appreciate all their efforts.

Elizette and Janine are simply the best. We are extremely grateful to them for their efficiency and the excellent service that they provided. They are always willing to help and they provide step-by-step guidance along the way. I would highly recommend Expat Relocation & Immigration services to anyone looking to immigrate to the Netherlands.

Elizette, Janine (and Adele) have been great in assisting us with our Dutch residency questions, changes and needs! Friendly, helpful, knowledgable.

I am writing this heartfelt review to express my gratitude towards Elizette from Expat Relocation & Immigration Services. My daughter Mckenzie was interested in pursuing her Science degree in the Netherlands, and from the moment we contacted Elizette, we knew we had made the right choice. We've known Elizette and her family since their time living in South Africa, and their trustworthiness made them the obvious choice for handling such a big transition in Mckenzie's life.

At the beginning of 2022, Elizette organized a Teams meeting with us to discuss the options and requirements for studying in the Netherlands. The process seemed complicated, but Elizette made it all understandable, and eventually, Mckenzie was accepted to study at Maastricht University. Throughout the process, Elizette was there every step of the way, guiding us and making sure we understood all the ins and outs, including the visa requirements and appointment scheduling.

In December, Elizette and her husband Martin went above and beyond by purchasing a second-hand city bike for Mckenzie, ensuring it was roadworthy and even giving her a choice of color for her basket. Elizette also arranged for Mckenzie to be picked up at the airport, complete with her luggage and bike bag, and even arranged for Mckenzie's original matric certificate to be delivered from South Africa.

During Mckenzie's first week in the Netherlands, Elizette took her shopping for all the essentials and even helped set up her new accommodation, including the assembly of IKEA furniture, which was a first for Mckenzie. Elizette also arranged for Mckenzie's mobile phone sim card, bank account, and registration at her community in the Netherlands.

The care and support that Elizette and her family showed towards Mckenzie during her transition were truly remarkable. They took Mckenzie out to celebrate her matric results and made her feel at home in a foreign country. On the day Mckenzie moved in, Elizette was there most of the day to help her settle in and make sure she had everything she needed.

It's been nearly a month since Mckenzie arrived in the Netherlands, and she is now living the dream. We cannot thank Elizette and her family enough for the soft landing they provided for Mckenzie in a foreign country. As parents, sending our 18-year-old daughter abroad alone was difficult, but with Elizette and her family by her side, we can rest assured that Mckenzie is in good hands. We are forever grateful.

We were assisted by Janine and Elizette from day one. They made an overwhelming and stressful procedure much easier through constant assistance. They assisted us from the visa process to the residency application. They took a careful look at our documents and application to ensure that all the information is there. Long story short, my partner got his residency and we could not be happier. I would recommend them to any expat wanting to immigrate to the Netherlands (it will definitely make your life much easier)!

Working with Expat Relocation & Immigration was an absolute pleasure. We would not have been able to complete the process in time if it was not for the help of Janine and Elizette. We had a short time limit and they made sure that all our logistics were perfectly in order and at any point we needed help or had questions they would help us swiftly and took a large amount of stress off of our shoulders. I would happily suggest working with Expat Relocation & Immigration Services over and over again.

They made such a confusing time a lot more bearable, and were always willing to answer the 1000 questions we had.
