Worked with this company to acquire my first property in Germany with zero down payment and it was a smooth process starting from the initial contact I made just from seeing a Facebook post till the whole process was concluded. They are honest and transparent in their dealings
At first, it looked like a "too good to be true" scenario, but with them, the stormy cloud becomes clearer at every step of the process.
That was how I felt when I started the process until it got to the current state. I am happy with their services so far and would definitely stop by again.
In summary, they take the stress away from you and ride with it.
Definitely a one-stop shop for all things real estate in Germany. Especially as an expat, you need consultants who understand your intricacies... the Expat Real Estate team are experienced in exactly that. It’s always a pleasure working with every member of the team and I can only heartily recommend!💯
I moved to Germany a few years ago and focused mostly on my job. The income was good, but so were the taxes. I didn’t really question it at first, I just assumed that’s how it is here.
At some point I started looking into real estate, mostly out of curiosity. What helped me was finally understanding how the tax system actually works for property owners, especially as a high earner. The depreciation and deductible costs made a bigger difference than I expected.
I also didn’t realize it was possible to buy without using my own capital. That changed the whole equation for me.
Overall, it just felt like a structured, logical step not something risky or complicated. And having the management handled after the purchase makes it a lot easier.
If you’re earning well in Germany and thinking long term, it’s worth at least understanding how this works.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review.
Many expats in Germany experience exactly what you described focusing on their careers and income while assuming the tax situation is simply something they have to accept. Often, the biggest shift happens once people understand how the tax system works for property owners and how tools like depreciation and deductible costs can significantly change the equation.
We’re really glad to hear that the process felt structured and logical for you, and that the ability to invest without using your own capital opened up new possibilities. Our goal has always been to make real estate investing clear, accessible, and stress-free, especially by ensuring that property management is handled after the purchase.
Thank you again for sharing your experience and perspective. It truly helps others who may be considering the same path.
