A New Way to Park at Exeter Airport. Secure storage, Uniformed Staff, Fully Insured Drivers, 24/7 Service, Flight-tracked Returns. ValetPort’s friendly drivers meet you opposite the terminal. We complete a digital vehicle condition check before taking your keys, so everything is clearly recorded. Your car is then driven by one of our drivers to our secure off-airport compound nearby. Your vehicle is stored safely, and keys are secured whilst you’re away. We track your return flight including delays. We then bring your car back and we meet you in arrivals so you can drive straight home without the need for waiting or shuttle buses.

Fantastic service
The service was flawless and drop off and collection went super smooth and exactly as planned. Communication at all times was excellent and the staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. The price was also extremely competitive with the standard airport parking and the convenience was immense. I will absolutely use this service again and I'd recommend it to anyone based on this experience.
Many thanks to the staff for making this part of my trip so hassle free and run so smoothly.

Brilliant
Brilliant! So easy, affordable, nothing to worry about. Car collection was fine, he came early aswell as I arrived to the airport early which was great as I could then just chill in the airport, he collected on time after our trip, car was exactly how it was left, and it’s all just opposite the terminal so all done with ease. Thank you

Easy and close parking
Used this service for our long weekend away, it was very good, was met in carpark on arrival and at the arrivals terminal on the way back. Very close to the terminal and staff were very professional. Will defo use at Exeter from now on.

Wouldn’t recommend
Wouldn’t recommend! The driver kept starring at my wife, made her feel uncomfortable. Paid extra for the car wash- a 4 year old could have cleaned it better.
Car was covered in mud on return must have taken a scenic route down a country lane!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our page. Obviously a review like this is taken extremely seriously. Therefore we investigated and could not link booking data to identify anyone that this could have been. We called customers that took car washes (4), which were minimal and really narrowed things down. We have spoken to the ONLY person that this could have been and they are not named Simon and the booking reference 123345 is NOT a genuine booking reference and is not located anywhere in our system.
Thank you for providing the response that you refuse to be identified and refuse to provide a phone number and you are unable to provide a genuine booking reference.
We believe this is a totally fake review based on no interaction with our business at all.
Given the rest of the reviews and the fact we use the same regular drivers and we can't find ANY data or booking, it is IMPOSSIBLE that this single 1 star review is a genuine one!
If you could provide an actual booking reference, then we will reopen the investigation, however, as far as we are concerned, this is a FAKE review.

Very convenient service
Very convenient service, will definitely use them again next time we're flying out of Exetet. Friendly and service minded personnel, gave us a problem free start and end of our holiday.
The only draw back for me, was the car wash service. Struggeled all the way down to Plymouth with low sun and a dirty windshield. A thin dirt film was left, I suspect that not enough water was used.

Well, this is an interesting story! Firstly we are sorry to hear that the windscreen was left a little dirty (please can we have our star back?). So the story of the car washing goes......when we were with the web designer, brainstorming the business and its services, some people mentioned add ons to grow the business in future. One of which was car washes, the owner shut them all down but the web designer put them in the background for future activation. Anyway, the wash was left live and people booked the wash, Ed didn't want to disappoint and did the washes, with in fairness to him, just this single complaint. The owner then removed the washes until we are ready to take them on! It was simply a mistake to have left them on the website.
Aside from that, we are glad that the rest of the service was of a good standard and we hope to see you next time you fly from Exeter!

Friendly and professional service
So easy to book, no hassle whatsoever they were waiting for our arrival at the airport very efficient, when we arrived back at the airport we were met promptly and taken to our car. So professional yet friendly. Will definitely use this service again and am already spreading the word among family and friends

Easy to book and very friendly service
Very easy booking and friendly, efficient service. Our driver was helpful and understanding about our delays. The cost was not significantly more than parking in car park 3 but way more convenient without having to drag our luggage a distance in the rain . I recommend Exeter Valetport parking and will use this service again for sure.
