Good service
I just got back from my HUMRA trip and I can only say it was special and everything went perfectly thanks to FARHAD .
Direct flights from Birmingham, UK, 5-star hotels (Anjun Macca, Pullman Zam Zam Madina),
Ziyarat was always on time and attentive to what I wanted to do, even staying longer than expected.
I can't wait to go back!
With FARHAD you get what you pay for and more.
The last time I came with another company, nobody contacted me about Ziyarat, and I paid for it.

Amazing, thanks Rumaisa and Umair bhi.
Amazing, the team are really friendly and always answer questions. I had a million questions and they always answered with a smile. Even with prices all reasonable, travel arrangements excellent, hotel excellent and tailored to our needs. Rumaisa was amazing thoughout all the process. Even whilst in mecca and Madinah she always answered, made sure we arrived safely, checked everything was OK.

Worst experience ever
It’s been more than 14days and no one has contacted us or no compensation is paid, the ticket was incorrectly booked by your staff Mr Farhad due to his incompetencey which you are not ready to accept it has nothing to do with any of the airlines. It’s a service provision failure at your end and you need to compensate for it, he threatened me on phone to cancel my open ticket which I have paid for.
Worst experience ever, kept changing the hotels and too many issues with transport. Agent Farhad booked wrong flights for my mother and we were running on Jeddah airport to get our flights sorted until the final boarding call and now even after admiting is not ready to compensate from the trauma this has caused us. Please don’t book with them

Excellent Umrah Experience
My experience with Executive Umrah was excellent. Farhad was a wonderful agent who listened to our needs and ensured that every part of our umrah experience was smooth. He was easy to communicate with and answered the phone at all times of the day to answer questions. He provided the best hotel accommodation, transport between Mecca and Medina and to and from the airports - everything was seamless. Farhad was extremely helpful and this was the best umrah experience we have ever had. We will be going on Umrah again next year Insha'Allah and we will use Executive Umrah and Farhad again.
