Staff seams very professional and friendly. They kept me updated as to what was happening with my car. My car looked like new when it was brought back to o me. The work done on the car is guaranteed while ever I have this car which is excellent

My vehicle was picked up from my house and repaired and returned in excellent condition.

Avoid Exclusive Repair Network and their repair network.

My brand new Tesla (2026 model) was damaged while parked, and what should have been a simple repair turned into a stressful experience. I was told the repairer was Tesla approved, but after checking directly with Tesla, this was not true.

The car was in the garage for almost three weeks for a minor repair. The paint had to be redone more than once because it was not matched properly, and the ceramic coating failed twice.

When I finally got my car back, the condition was unacceptable. The interior was dirty with dust on the seats and centre console, and there was a strong smell of paint and dust. It clearly had not been properly protected during the repair.

Communication was poor and no one took real responsibility. I have completely lost trust in both the repairer and how this claim was handled.

Very disappointing service, especially for a high value, brand new car. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Everything the company offered as a service happened, they collected my car on time and gave me information as things we’re progressing, they re delivered my car on time and I was impressed not only by the quality of repair but the business's approach to please the customer that they took. This company fixed my car to factory standard after someone crashed into me. It’s even better than before the crash. I chose them as they are BMW approved and could source all the parts as well as the exact paint colour match. Car was returned the same day the repairs were finished, I was kept up to date at each stage. Their communication is great, staff are super helpful and friendly. They even valeted the car inside & out before returning it.

Greg and his team showed an amazing personal care to me. We connected on a personal level, My wife was very happy with the service too. The Coffee was beautiful and Lindsay was amazing at customer service making us laugh! Best firm ever!!!
