Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. Made to feel genuinely welcome and that your custom mattered to them. The first light we chose was too big for the room. No issues at all in exchanging it. We even bought a new shade for a standard lamp. I believe this concession is leaving doorway to value at the end of summer. They will be sorely missed. We wish the staff well where ever they end up.

very helpful staff
We had chosen several lights that we liked and rang the store enquiring about stock as required the light asap. The female assistant that helped us was very helpful. She looked to see which of our selection of lights were in stock and put one aside for us to collect later that day as it was the last one in stock. We love the light now it is installed.
