slow delivery
Light is fine but the promised delivery date was put back and took around 4 months from ordering to actually turning up

Hi Mark,
I see you have left us another 2 star review regarding the floor lamp you ordered at the end of January with an ETA of late March/Early April. I understand your frustration at the ETA being pushed back by our supplier however as soon as we learned of this delay in Mid February (2 weeks after you placed the order), we did notify you and offer you a full refund or our showroom display model.
You chose to wait for the item to arrive with the extended ETA and i am happy to see it was delivered to you at the end of May.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in fulfilling your order but some things are unfortunately out of our control.

Great items and good value
Great items and good value. Arrived well packaged. Only issue was with Royal Mail whose tracking kept changing. Firstsaid I would get my delivery on the Thursday then when it didn’t arrive it had no date but items never arrived until the following Monday!

Delivery was dreadful
Delivery was dreadful, delivered to the wrong house, more over the house it was delivered to they must have thrown it over the fence as it was in the. Back yard and the gate was locked. Our order was glazed light fittings as well. Fortunately the packages were good but the delivery was disappointing. We had to walk around 3 streets to find it. Not professional at all! Moreover we called Dpd. And Christopher Prats and neither were interested in helping me out trying to find where our delivery went. After 7!hours we eventually found it! Disgraceful

I am so sorry to hear you had a delivery issue with DPD yesterday, I will ensure your comments are passed onto them regarding the place this delivery was left.
Our tracking system showed an image that it was delivered to your back door at 13:18, I am sorry that this wasn't at your property however we only can review the information that is provided.
Unfortunately Christopher Pratts wouldn't have been able to help with your delivery as they are a different company. I have spoken with their sales team this morning and i believe you were given our number to call however that call wasn't received by our team so we were completely unaware of your struggles to locate your parcel.
We are disappointed that you have left us a 1 star review for matters out of our control and for something we did not get chance to assist you with.
We hope to see you in the store again soon.

Looking for new light fitments
We visited the showroom twice to look at various light fittings. On both occasions we were looked after in a most professional and helpful way. We found several light fittings were liked and purchased these, delivery was effected within the timescale promised.
Great experience well done.

Lovely store to browse round. All our rooms in our new home have been lit by Christopher Pratts. Great staff and the lighting department have so much choice at reasonable prices. My latest ceiling light for our lounge is perfect
