Big thanks to Haliema! It was a complex transfer and she handled it with absolute brilliance. As well, she was so caring and kept in touch with me, updating me all the way. Amazing! So thankful to have had Haliema and her team.

Because I like the effort they put in this websites

Thank you Marco for your usual excellent support. Every experience with Exchange4Free never dissapoints. Speedy, efficient and excellent communication throughout the process.

I want to thank Marco, my dealing manager and his team for the excellent and prompt service they have provided over the last few months. It has been an effort to get my father's inheritance and they helped me with form filling in and responded to my constant emails in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you!

They never answer their phone, not in Johannesburg, Cape Town or the UK. My account was suspended and I can't get through to anyone.

The E4F team, especially Mercia Naidoo went beyond the call of duty and delivered excellent service! Thank you!

I have had a very bad experience with them thus far. They do not want to release my money and pay it out. They keep on sending me e-mails to complete a form which I did, now they say the information does not reflect on their system. I have tried numerous time to contact them via e-mail to speak with a supervisor or manager to try and resolve the issue. My requests gets ignored and now they are asking me to verify my account as the account does not exist. I have been using this account for years... I am wondering what excuse they will use next not to pay out the money...I would be very weary of using this service to transfer to South Africa.

Excellent service and friendly team. I was dreading trying to get my inheritance to the UK and now that I have E4F to help me, I am so relieved. The money arrived, and I look forward to dealing with them again on future deals. Thank you, Mercia, Kiran and Devon!

I received prompt and professional service and I will always use Exchange4free for all may forex transactions. Well done to the team of Exchange4free. 5 star treatment. Thank you so much.

Almost Excellent

It took 4 days and 24 emails from my first approaching E4F to the time the money was in my bank account, although everybody was professional and courteous.
I've done on-line transfers, with another bank, and it took 24hours to complete!
Please consider this option.
