Beware! Sent my beautiful vintage Omega Speedmaster to these hacks for a new crystal and to replace the tachymetere bezel that was scraped up. Received it back a month later- new bezel was installed incorrectly and not centered (turned counterclockwise). Then, within 1 day, there was moisture under the crystal. Contacted these fine people by email and was subsequently berated by someone there who accused my of lying about my watch. Then, I received a call from Karla, apparently a manager there, who apologized for the a-hole employee and (unfortunately) convinced me to send the watch back, promising a 2-3 week turn around. That was September 2022. After that, lie, after lie, after lie, after lie about when my watch would be completed. Fast forward to week before Christmas. Received my watch- is the bezel straight? Nope— this time turned off center clockwise. Their response? Send it back. What the H are they smoking? Never again— F this place. Waiting to see the moisture inside— probably anytime.

My Omega Speedmaster had been in a drawer since it quit running about 30 years ago. Local watch repair shops didn’t want to touch it. Then I found Excel! I sent them my watch and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the complete overhaul and polish was. The job was completed way ahead of the estimated time for repair. My watch looks and runs like new. Excel is now my “go to” watch repair store and I highly recommend it be yours too.

I just got my watch repaired by Excel. I had not used them before. I sent an 8 year old, well-used Citizen solar-powered watch to them because it had a cracked crystal. It was also loaded with scratches and dings. It can back looking like brand new! They were prompt and easy to deal with and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

As an avid watch collector, this is now my third time to have one of my watches fully serviced from Excel and jsut had to give my BIG shout outs to them. Thank you for taking care of my precious Hublot watch! I didn't have to wait a long time for the full service, and oh that polish you did on the case was superb! Thanks!!

Excel Watch Repair is extremely professional. Excellent customer service as well. I am very pleased with the repair work on my Rolex. I am so glad I finally found an amazing trustworthy company to work on my expensive watches. Highly recommend!!

They are good and great at processing all you need

Finally found A great place for quick high quality reliable watch repair! Especially for Breitlings! They charged half price for what the factory wanted to charge me! If you have a vintage or a new Breitling go to these guys asap!
