Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Terrible service. They promised a lot until we signed the contract and I paid deposit. They deduct from monthly 3,990 AED directly from my account and pay 1,500 AED to domestic worker late. They hold her passport against her will and UAE law. In clause of contract we signed is mentioned that they will provide NOC when we want to travel. This is second time they are not allowing domestic worker to travel with the family she is living with. They gave false information that her embassy didn’t allow her departure, where she spoke to her embassy and they said they have not said anything as such and she is free to take her decision to travel. Last 3 days I have been talking to this company people, customer service even dared to raise her voice at me. We are planning to take legal action against them violations domestic worker rights, breaking UAE law and term of contract we signed. Agent lies to me writing embassy doesn’t allow, customer service calls me shouting and saying they are holding her passport in case she runs away, HR replying to request of maid to return her passport that she is employed with them and passport will remain with them and she cannot travel anywhere, where strictly in our contract clause written that company will provide NOC when we decide to travel. In the middle of all stress we have been facing, they are acting illegally and lying. Stay away from this company!!!!

Review of Maid Sherlene - Has Glasses

Sherlene was forced on us by the agency, who refused to let us interview other maids despite us waiting 45 minutes and asking repeatedly. She lasted only three days before storming out — but in that short time, she caused complete chaos. For two of those days we were overseas, and we had to cut our trip short and return home because she locked herself out and never even informed us when she got back inside.

She did no work at all: slept until noon, left the dogs to urinate and defecate all over the house, blasted music, danced around, and spent hours on her phones vaping in the bathroom. She cooked dinner at 10PM instead of 4:30, demanded fast food on Talabat while we were abroad, and constantly harassed us with messages. This is a violation of Article 9 of the UAE Domestic Workers Law, which requires workers to obey household instructions.

When she stormed off, she returned banging and kicking our door, calling us nine times just to retrieve her vape. Such behavior breaches Article 31, which prohibits domestic workers from endangering the dignity and safety of households.

The agency then tried to blame us, calling nonstop for over an hour to pressure us to take her back. This agency is deceitful and manipulative — they forced her on us, lied about her suitability, and then abandoned accountability. Families deserve honesty and safety, not to be tricked into taking lazy, arrogant, and destructive maids like Sherlene.

Below as well will show the Runaway Maid , the agency said she speaks fluent french but we then later found out she spoke malagsy which is why communication with her was an issue . Her name is Judicia , dont believe anything the agency says about because it will all be false . Judicia was communicating with other maids from the center causing her to act out when asked to disconnect from the wifi , she ran out of the house when the family was upstairs and thats when we heard the door slam . She left with 2 phones , money and something else . After all of the trauma from this company and emotional impact on the kids , a lady called Eman in the center spoke aggressively and blames us ( the paying customers ) for the way these maids acted .Maybe instead of arguing with the customers who pay 4000 for these horrible maids , you should worry about the real issue which is your lazy and disrespectful maids . The maids only acted like this because they did NOT want to work for a black family . The maids are racially abusive and the company as well . Do not waste your time or energy trying to get maid . If you are a customer already with a maid and you want to stop going to this agency , they wont give you a refund instead you have to wait a whole month to cancel . Judicia was taken to the police station that is how extreme it was . 3 Police cars came for her .
