Bestilte d. 25/8-26 en trøje til min søn. D. 27/8-26 blev pengene trukket og jeg modtog en mail med trackinglink. Hver gang jeg har tracket, siden d. 4/9-26 har status været den samme; at min pakke nu er ankommet til DK. Jeg har skrevet og efterlyst min pakke på flere mailadresser og gennem de sociale medier. Jeg har modtaget et enkelt retursvar hvor de har spurgt dpd om hvor pakken er og medsendt deres svar og at de vender tilbage. Siden da har jeg ikke kunnet få kontakt til dem og status på tracking er gået i stå. Der er nu gået yderligere tre uger og det er mere end to måneder siden pengene blev trukket. Jeg har ikke modtaget min pakke, der er ingen kontakt og jeg har flere gange skrevet, at jeg gerne vil have mine penge retur 🤬

Bought a pair of trainers and needed to return them as they did not fit. They said it'd be as store credit, I absolutely did not want that. Emailed them to arrange my refund to be sent to original payment method but they had not responded. I now have gone over the 7day return window and will need to go through other channels to get my money back. They guide you to fill out a form to get in touch but there is no form, it is a dead end.

Ordered a pair of trainers 3 days ago, i think it was after the 12.30 cut off so i wouldn't receive them next day, ok so i expected them today, checked DPD shipping & they hadn't even had my order delivered to them yet, i emailed exceed this morning stating the above & that i needed them for tomorrow morning or i would return them as i wouldn't need them if they came after this date, & then with no correspondence at all, no explanation why they failed delivery, or even an apology, i had an email saying that i have been refunded. Guess i should of read the reviews about this company before purchasing, one star review is one too many but i can't choose zero stars, reading some of the other reviews i think I've dodged a bullet with this company.

I don't have a complaint as such, ordered a tracksuit which arrived as expected on time but i have been sent the wrong kind of trousers from what i ordered, emails bounce back phone number is linked to harvey nicholls can anyone tell me how to contact them to exchange to the correct trousers?

Bought some trainers . Returned for a refund received a credit note. Absolutely no reply’s to all my attempts to communicate . Rang them and got Harvey Nichols. I note someone else had the same issue. Evan contacted their accountants and they couldn’t reply. In the end i bought some shoes I didnt need and wrote of the £22 i still had on my credit voucher.
Surely they must have to correspond in some form .

whoah! This was bad. I try to remember to buy on a credit card the first time I order something from a company. I'm glad I did. The item arrived swiftly, but a quick try on confirmed it sadly didn't fit (annoying because I own other items from that brand in that size). I opted for a return because they didn't have the size up in stock. I paid £10 to return it insured. It arrived back with them. I got an email 3 days later saying it's not their policy to refund sale items and were happy to offer me store credit instead. This is totally in contravention of consumer law in the UK. I wrote saying so. I didn't get a reply; they just ignored me. A week later, I started a chargeback for the full amount through my credit card company and got refunded that way. If I hadn't paid by credit card I'd have been waiting months for that refund. I will never shop with them again. Why do businesses spend a ton of money trying to find customers only to treat them like this when they finally get them.

Terrible experience with Exceed. Bought pair of trainers with next day delivery. Received tracking from DPD but they never got a parcel. Nothing sent. No way of contacting the company through the website (it says fill in the form but there isn't one). Sent a message via Instagram and Indeed. Order was refunded. No apology, no explanation. No customer service at all. Don't bother with this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with Exceed Footwear. Communication is completely nonexistent — emails are ignored and there is no way to get a proper response from anyone.

My item was rejected at the door and sent back via DPD on the 27th of March, and since then I’ve been left in the dark. I’m still waiting for them to even confirm receipt so they can process my full refund. It’s unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I try calling, I don’t even reach Exceed Footwear — Harvey Nichols answers instead, which just adds to the confusion and frustration.

This level of service is shocking. No updates, no replies, no accountability. If someone could finally get in contact with me ASAP, that would be the bare minimum at this point.

No contact details work, phone number is wrong and no contact forms on the website. Returned item using the address on the website, and I now can't get in contact.

I bought some QC trainers from exceed footwear Ltd.
First time customer had no issues trainers were £140 online got them for £110 from exceed so not a bad deal.
My only concern was the box turned up with no paperwork inside, so I could imagine it would be tricky if I wanted to return, but there is no need as a trainers are in perfect condition.

Don't understand why this company has bad reviews i ordered a jacket yesterday and iv received it today absolutely spot on service 👌

It's been 2 wks and they claim to have fast service. I've tried calling, the # can't be completed, I've emailed several times and no one is getting back to me. Where are my shoes??

Quick shipping, ordered and arrived next day at 10am. Would reccomend.
