None delivery or Refund
I placed my order on the 13th March all products were in stock, I spent over £60 to qualify for free delivery.
I first received an email apologising about the late delivery, then each day received emails saying certain products where out of stock, so far I have received none of my order and no refund, when I do email them, all I get it "IF you were charged (hello I was) you will receive a refund in 3/5 days" I still have NOT had a refund. If they don't have the products when you place the order, they should NOT charge you.

Lovely meal replacements, tasty, filling and nutritious!
Lovely supplements, the shakes make tasty, filling and nutritious breakfasts for any day. Big fan of the meals in pots too, and the sweet and sour noodles. White chocolate and raspberry cookies are a decent size and delicious with a pot of tea.

Company has now closed
Company has now closed, without any announcements or clarity on the website. Their customer service departments are non existent and I made an order without prior knowledge. As a result they have sold me something which is a) pointless as an ongoing weight loss tool and b) have no idea whether order will be fulfilled and as a result potentially lost money (well at least I lost something!).
Terrible. Do not order.

Mixed Experience with Exante Diet
I recently tried the Exante Diet program and have some mixed feelings about my experience. While the convenience and variety of meal options were appealing, there were several significant drawbacks that detracted from my overall satisfaction.
Firstly, I found that many of the meal replacements, particularly the shakes and soups, were excessively powdery and difficult to consume. The texture was off-putting, and it often felt like I was drinking or eating a chalky substance rather than a satisfying meal. Additionally, the lack of flavor in some items was disappointing, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and craving more fulfilling alternatives.
Furthermore, I encountered certain products that were not only tasteless but also elicited a strong negative reaction, making me feel nauseous and inclined to vomit. This aspect of the experience was particularly concerning and ultimately led me to question the quality and effectiveness of Exante Diet's offerings.
In terms of effectiveness, I did not experience the promised results as advertised. Despite adhering to the program diligently, I did not see significant changes in my weight or overall well-being, which was disappointing given the investment of time and money.
In addition to these issues, I believe Exante Diet could improve its product range by introducing a Halal-certified selection to cater to a wider audience. This would not only enhance inclusivity but also demonstrate a commitment to accommodating diverse dietary preferences and requirements.
In conclusion, while Exante Diet offers convenience and variety, the poor taste, texture, and lack of effectiveness of certain products leave much to be desired. I would recommend potential customers proceed with caution and perhaps explore alternative options that better align with their taste preferences and dietary goals.

Product range severely diminished
I was a regular buyer with Exante for a number of years. I loved their bars and always had a couple a day.
You can no longer buy bars from them and they've given no explanation.
I've ended up shopping elsewhere and going to 1:1 Cambridge.

What has happened to the lovely products? There doesn't seem to be any more milkshakes or smoothies in toffee caramel, caramel latte, and even strawberry flavours. How disappointing!

Working but the choice of products smaller this time
This is the third time of ordering and I know what I like, however I was disappointed this time to find that the salted caramel bars have been discontinued and there was only one choice hence the 4 stars. Otherwise the diet is easy to follow and more importantly working, after losing 7lb in the first week now losing a steady 2.5 to 3lbs a week
