No Warranty at All...
No Warranty at All.... I ordered a Griddle in Oct 2025, I received an order confirmation and quick delivery and the item was excellent. BUT in February 2026 the unit stopped heating up, so there was a problem,, I emailed EWOOOW and they told me to contact the manufacturer directly which I did, the manufacturer referred me back to Ewooow as I purchased it from Ewooow. After several million emails Ewooow refussed the warranty or return on this item and emailed me advising "we understand your frustration; however, this matter falls outside our remit and is the responsibility of the manufacturer"...... I was very frustrated as I wanted my Griddle to work, after a deep search on Amazon I was able to purchase a replacement cable for €14 so I can use the unit again...... At that price, I really can not understand why Ewooow would not help in any way? I would not purchase anything from them again so beware if you do you have no come back if something goes wrong with your item.

Product and money were taken and never returned. Nobody replies. I am lost. They sent the pdf to send the wrongly delivered item back, the man came to our home as a post man, took the product and now we do not have info where is the product and where are our money. It is first time in my life I never experienced such a scam.

2 months after delivery
2 months after delivery, I still fight with Ewooow over my product, broken on arrival.
Ewooow sent me a Bosch microwave oven that was not working. Door couldn't open and it was slightly misaligned. My local Bosch service agency found out that the frame was deformed and the product is not possible to repair. The responsibility is on Ewooow. Ewooow was informed early but refuse to accept the conclusion, shifting from wanting an official statement (which they already have) to demanding it now must be written on a specific paper.
I want to put up a big warning for Ewooow!
If something is wrong with your product, they will do everything to push responsibility somewhere else. I will never buy anything from them again.

I am still owed £79.99 from this platform from nearly six months ago . After numerous emails and repeated attempts to speak to someone still nothing, “you are important to us “ they say “we will resolve this “ they say , that’s when they can be bothered to even reply to you. I’ve raised a complaint with my bank but still nothing has been done. I’m not one for letting g things go but this time I give up , there is more to life than trying to buy some work shoes. Nonetheless I’m still pissed off.
