I gave 4 star for the value of the product I purchased. It was the first time I purchased and would come back. The only down side is you use Royal mail and the items were really late arriving. I don't really shop at Amazon and rather support small and medium businesses even if I have to pay a little bit more. I don't expect extremely fast delivery service like Amazon but company using Royal mail can be a bit off putting for me because how bad they are with delivering on time, that's been my experience.

Hello
I am sorry you have had a bad experience with Royal Mail, they usually do such a good job.
We also use DPD if it's of interest? Thank you for the review!

Bought Lions mane
Bought Lions mane, first time with this provider. Been nauseaus for 3 days straight couldnt eat anything, would just want to vomit, felt jittery, got migraine. Messaged customer service asked to replace with something else or a refund they said it was ‘not good enough reason’. Do not buy- waste of money. No idea what stuff they put in it.

Svar fra Evolution Organics
Hello Natalija
I am very sorry to hear you didn't have a good reaction to the product itself. If you are still feeling unwell, we can't refund/exchange if the product is opened and has been used.
However, what we can do is get in touch with the supplier (we get the range directly from the supplier, we do not make any products) and see if anything else can be done to help.
Please contact us and I can forward your issue/batch number to the supplier - info@evolutionorganics.co.uk
