I visited evolution laser clinic Top Ryde today 10/01/2025 and I feel amazing by my beautiful Eliana. She did a very good job in explaining how the treatment works. She made the treatment very relaxing and offcourse I fall sleep haha. I would most definitely be recommending this clinic to friends and for all. About the room, very clean and tidy, feel comfortable. I also love all the staff I saw today. Overall 101% satisfaction for my fat freezing reduction. Thank you Eliana.

Very good experience

I've been having laser treatment for a couple of years and have generally been happy with the staff looking after me. If I am looked after by one of the consultants who I've seen in the past I usually leave feeling the treatment was great, but occasionally I find the consultant a little rushed or not as engaged as I'd like.

Flexible team and very cooperative. Professional and made my session very enjoyable.

Elle was extremely kind and supportive throughout my whole laser process, making it quick and easy. I will always go back to Evolution in Bondi Junction to book in with Elle again!

Super rude staff! Felt like I was being judged/looked down on the entire time. Didn’t explain after care just gave me a piece of paper saying to follow that. when I didn’t want to purchase their exfoliate because I had one from a previous spa, she assumed it was from the supermarket and said it would be useless.

Great service. The ladies are friendly and my therapist made sure I was comfortable during the session.

I have attended this clinic since they opened in Westfields Penrith. I have had a very positive experience which I feel is based on the staff knowledge base at how best to treat my problem skin. I have not felt pressured to do anything I am not comfortable with, have had things explained to me in full detail, and I have always been treated with respect. The staff I have encountered have been very friendly. I give this clinic a 10/10.

Great service from skilled therapist. I really appreciated Elle's knowledge and care, and she was also thorough. I'm sure I will get quality results.

Josephine is amazing! Such an asset, she’s friendly, personable and makes you feel at ease, every visit is like visiting a friend. I travel 45 minutes to see her over going somewhere closer!

While the process was easy and relatively pain-free, the results have not been as effective as promised. I still have visible hair, which is disappointing after investing time and money into 12 sessions. I’m not sure if this is typical, but I would recommend doing more research or considering additional sessions before committing to laser treatments. I’ll likely discuss this further with my provider to see if I need more treatments.

I sent an email last January 3 and no reply until today.

Amazing and friendly staff

As I lay down the wrong treatment was stated and I clarified I was there for a hydro not a micro. Once she finished just my face and turned the machine off I politely asked if she could check my booking as I was sure I had purchased face and neck, she said it was just face, I clarified again and she said she was sure. She said she could go and check but she was certain it was just face. I said if she was sure then that’s fine no worries.
At the end of the appointment back in reception she then said it looks like I did purchase neck as well. Didn’t apologise said I could have a $20 credit to use in future. It was a disappointing session.

First timer at Evolution Laser and the beautician, Elizabeth, was very thorough in explaning what would happen during and after the laser treatment. Treatment was very quick and easy.

Holly is so lovely and makes you feel very at ease.
