Renouvellement automatique activé… mais mon site est quand même tombé hors ligne

Je souhaite partager ici un problème sérieux que j’ai rencontré avec Evolup et pour lequel j’attends toujours des explications claires.

Je gère un site d’affiliation Amazon via leur plateforme. J’avais activé le renouvellement automatique de mon nom de domaine, justement pour éviter tout risque d’interruption.

Malgré cela, mon site s’est retrouvé inaccessible, car le domaine n’avait pas été renouvelé à temps.

Je m’en suis aperçu par hasard en vérifiant mon site, et j’ai immédiatement contacté le support Evolup.

La première réponse reçue a été simplement :

« Il était en renouvellement. »

Ensuite on m’explique que le registre aurait mis plus de temps que prévu pour effectuer le renouvellement, et que l’indisponibilité aurait été courte.

Cependant plusieurs points restent problématiques :

J’avais activé le renouvellement automatique

Mon site a quand même été hors ligne

Sans mon message au support, je ne sais pas combien de temps la situation aurait duré

Suite à cet incident, j’ai constaté plusieurs anomalies sur mon tableau de bord Amazon Affiliates :

une journée entière avec 0 clic enregistré, ce qui est totalement anormal

certaines statistiques de ventes qui ne s’affichent plus correctement

des données d’affiliation qui semblent avoir été perturbées

Le support Evolup m’indique que cela dépend uniquement d’Amazon.

C’est peut-être le cas.

Mais dans les faits, ces problèmes sont apparus immédiatement après l’indisponibilité du domaine, ce qui pose forcément question.

Je précise que je ne cherche pas à attaquer la plateforme : l’équipe répond et reste courtoise.

En revanche, pour un service qui s’adresse à des personnes qui gèrent un business en ligne, la gestion d’un nom de domaine est un élément critique.

J’aimerais donc que Evolup puisse clarifier publiquement plusieurs points :

Comment un domaine peut-il expirer temporairement alors que le renouvellement automatique est activé ?

Existe-t-il un mécanisme de sécurité pour éviter qu’un site client se retrouve hors ligne ?

Quels recours existent pour les utilisateurs si cette situation entraîne des pertes de trafic ou de revenus ?

Je pense que ces réponses pourraient être utiles à tous les utilisateurs de la plateforme.

Pour l’instant j’attends simplement une explication transparente sur ce qui s’est réellement passé.

Unacceptable Service: Missing Core Features & Unresponsive Support for Weeks

My experience with Evolup has been profoundly disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I signed up expecting a reliable platform for affiliate marketing, particularly drawn to its promised AI capabilities and website building features. However, the reality has been a consistent failure to deliver on basic functionality and a shocking lack of effective support.

The most critical issue is the absence of basic performance statistics. Since joining, I haven't been able to see my full stats dashboard. No matter what menu item I select (Last 30 days, Yesterday's stats, Custom date) there are many data inconsistencies (incorrect dates, missing data) with the information I do receive with every selection.

This isn't a minor glitch; it's a fundamental feature that's absolutely essential for understanding performance and making informed business decisions. Without it, I'm operating in the dark. Despite raising this issue repeatedly with my business coach since June 26th, and being told a ticket was opened, over 10 days have passed with zero resolution or a clear timeline for a fix. The response I get is "we're working on it", which is simply unacceptable for such a prolonged and critical issue.

To compound the problem, Evolup's AI assistant, a key feature, frequently produces responses in French, forcing me to use external translation tools. This indicates a severe lack of development and quality assurance for a product marketed to an international audience. It's truly shocking that a company positions itself as a modern solution yet struggles with basic analytics and language compatibility.

These issues are major red flags. When core features are broken for weeks, and support offers no real answers or timelines, it completely undermines customer confidence. My time and investment are being wasted on a platform that can't even deliver on its most basic promises.

I'm now forced to consider leaving Evolup and finding an alternative platform, which is a significant disruption to my business. I cannot recommend Evolup to anyone looking for a reliable or functional platform for their affiliate marketing efforts.

Feedback on Service and Billing Issues with Evolupve recently encountered a…

I have recently encountered a significant issue with Evolup's billing system. Despite not actively using the service, I have been continuously billed, leading to an accumulation of unpaid invoices. Here is a detailed list of these invoices:

This situation is particularly disheartening as I have made several attempts to cancel the service and resolve these issues, to no avail. The continuous billing for a service I am not using raises serious concerns about customer care and billing transparency.

It is disconcerting that the focus seems to be on billing rather than providing support to help customers effectively use the service and gain value from it. The rationale for these charges is unclear, especially when access to the service is restricted if payments are not made.

I hope this feedback will prompt Evolup to reconsider its billing practices and customer support approach, ensuring that others do not face similar issues.

If you need to run an affiliate store here you go. We use Evolup in relation with our Influencers who run the promotions on their social profiles etc. That way they can promote our products and get a commission from the sale. The team behind this tool is very responsive and they help you out with anything you may have :)
