I wanted to try out brand and try out…

I wanted to try out brand and try out sweats. The sweats did not work out for me. However, When I went to return them it was difficult. I messaged them two days after delivered, original condition and they gave me a hard time. I would not recommend buying from Evito Company. They have bad customer service and you have to pay for shipping costs for getting them and again for sending it back not worth it. They are over priced for the product you get.

You contacted our customer support requesting a refund. We asked whether the product was inaccurate compared to our product description or size chart, and you confirmed that it was not. You stated that you simply did not like how it fit.

Our refund policy states that refunds are only issued if an item is inaccurate to the product description or size chart. Although this was not the case here, we still offered you the option to return the item at your expense as a courtesy, even though this is not something we typically do. You agreed to this option, and we provided the return address and shipping information.

Your last message to us was, “I’ll send it back today and provide the tracking number to you guys.” We did not receive any further communication from you before this review was posted.

We are unsure how this constitutes being given a hard time, as we followed our stated policy and provided a straightforward solution.

If you would still like to contact us and have this issue resolved, you are more than welcome to reach out to our support team.

Got two pairs of these

Got two pairs of these, grey, and black. I’m 5’9” and got a size medium. I originally bought lunaras not realizing they were a fake brand. These are the real deal and I’ve been picking these up and wearing them before my fear of god essentials. The zipper pockets are dope too because I be losing shit lol. Great brand, good shipping, good quality.

The pants fit perfectly. Not only do they fit well but they came in a reasonable amount of days and are very comfortable and high quality. Highly suggest others purchase these comfy sweats.

fire pants 🔥

I come from Italy and i immediately recognized the quality of the two pairs of pants i bought... i highly recommend them to anyone who likes to dress comfortably but with style.

One thing I can say about Evito is that…

One thing I can say about Evito is that they definitely have great pieces, I bought the grey V2 sweats a while back and they got sent to the wrong location. I contacted them told them what went down, and they sent me a new pair almost immediately. I got them and they fit me good just wish it was a bigger (I got thunder thighs). XXL would be a plus too, overall I love what they have and the story behind them. 10/10 would buy again.

Best Blank sweats

Ordered the Black Blank first and it was super easy to order plus I got a good discount. The shipping was probably the best part with no issues and I got it in like 2 days. Ordered another Grey sweat and the quality on them are amazing really heavy. Shipping was even better the second time got it in like 27 hours. You can’t go wrong with these $25 blanks. Looking to complete my collection fr.

Best shipping

I live in England and was expecting a crazy shipping time + fee, but surprisingly they are both very reasonable. I rate the minimal design, and the quality is 9.5/10 and for the price its a steal.

These pants are a 10/10

Honestly, I bought these pants like 6 months ago, and have been wearing them repeatedly. They go well with other clothes and the stitching on the front and back makes it a statement piece. I even love how the tightening strips are long so you can leave them dangle, or tuck them in. The shipping was quick and the quality is amazing 🤩. You should get these!

Christmas time with Evito

I got this for Christmas and it really did not disappoint, they shipped the product extremely fast. The quality and the design of the clothes I got are great. Fit is also very good. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Quality of the Pants

I ordered these sweat in October of 2024 and they arrived within a week. It's now January of 2026, and they're still holding up great. The fit of these are not too baggy but not too slim. I wear these 3-4 times a week to layer under my jeans because it's freezing outside and these keep my legs warm. It's thick and comfy. 10/10 would buy again!

(The date of my experience is actually October 4th 2024 but it wouldn't let me put it)

Good Experience

Good and fast shipping. Good quality for the price, you don’t really find places with prices this good. I got size M when I’m usually a S and it fits baggier and better on my waist but this might just be a me problem.

I ordered a men's size small of a pair…

I ordered a men's size small of a pair of sweatpants for my son, who is always an xs (he is 14). They arrived and were much skinnier looking when he was wearing them than they looked online. They aren't that baggy at all, and not a great fit. They also seemed too small, so we contacted the company to exchange for a men's medium. However this company does not offer ANY refund or ANY exchange on products that don't fit. Huh? I have 3 kids and am always buying them sweatpants and clothes and this is the only retailer I've come across that doesn't offer at least an exchange for a product that fits.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. First of all their sweatpants are totally over-hyped, wasn't that impressed by the quality or fit. Then the company is like "sorry (not sorry)" they did offer a 20% off, but I've already paid full price. Now you want me to pay more just to get the right size? Seriously? This is AWFUL policy and horrible customer service. Go to Bershka, or Woolenmaker or any other retailer that will offer an exchange if you need a different size (like every other retailer out there). Won't be shopping here again.

Thank you for your message. We’re very sorry that you were disappointed with your experience, and we’d like to clarify the situation as clearly as possible.

Because everyone’s body proportions are different, we always recommend checking the size chart on our website before ordering. This is why an item may fit differently than expected, even when ordering a size that is usually worn.

Regarding refunds and exchanges: our policy states that we do offer refunds, but we do not offer free exchanges, as return and shipping costs are significant for a small business. Instead, we prefer to refund customers when a product does not meet what we promised.

Our policy also states that if an item does not match its description or has a defect, we will absolutely issue a full refund at no cost to the customer. In this case, however, the item delivered matched the product description and size specifications listed on our website.

Even so, we still offered you the option to exchange the item, with the request that return shipping be covered by you, since there was no product error on our end. When that option was declined, we then offered a 30% discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture.

Unfortunately, neither option was accepted by you, and we respect your right to share your experience. We only ask that any review reflect the full situation accurately.

We also note that all of your public reviews are one star, so we feel it’s especially important that this situation is represented accurately and with full context.

If you would like to reconsider any of the options we offered, we would still be happy to help.
