Really competent from start to finish and done with great pleasantness throughout. Initial estimation achieved by providing: emailed camera pictures of existing distribution (fuse) box, and of walls for cable run to the charger unit and of its desired destination, and choice of charger unit including tethered or untethered. Date planned for installation and then on the day very straightforward. Installation approx 2.5 hrs and mine was probably more complicated than most. Electricity off time minimal whilst connecting dedicated consumer unit.
Tested, assisted with application install and demonstrated.

After being super impressed by finding a company that lists prices for each charger clearly on its website we reached out to EV Infinity to book in. Process was really simple, take a few videos and book the engineer appointment. Very clean and tidy job, gave us all info needed and less than a week after making contact we’re fully set up with all certificates! Would highly recommend

Exellent company, installed Ohme Pod for Me, asked for photos of my consumer unit so they had the correct parts for the installation, arrived on time and on the day promised and installation was very tidy, no wires on view. i would recommend.

Since my first contact with EV infinity installations the service has been first class. With explaining the work required to the advice on choice of charger. When it came to installation day, the guys arrived exactly as advised the day previously and set about getting it completed in no time at all. I can highly recommend these guys if you are looking to get a charger installed

Excellent service, from initial quote, through recommendations, and finally installation.

Quick responses and they dont push the most expensive product, just give you the facts so you can make the best decision on which one to buy. Once agreed, they were very fast with providing me a fitting date, quicker than octopus and big brands. I personally did not know it was a trade to fit these but i will defiently recomened from my great experience!

Louis was great, communication was excellent and the install was completed perfectly. We had a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro installed, connected via RJ45, an additional RJ45 ran to an outbuilding and also a double socket fitted. Would highly recommend 👍🏼.

The level of communication prior to the installation was exceptional. Louis responded really quickly to our questions. They arrived exactly on-time and were extremely tidy and courteous. We had an issue connecting the charger to the supplier's app (not EV Infinity's fault). Louis went out of his way to fix the problem, even liaising with us the following day to see if the problem had been resolved and offering other solutions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
