So, what to add to all the other mega reviews? Simply THE BEST used car buying experience, ever, bar none. William is friendly, knowledgeable and applies zero pressure. Probably because he knows that he has the best cars for sale 🤔.
My purchase was a Tesla Model S P90D and whilst a rising 6 years old, had less than 10k on the clock. Like new, inside and out, where does he get this quality stock from?
Look at the rest (if you have time) but definitely DO NOT buy anything without seeing what William has on offer.

Recently purchased our first electric car from William. The process was really smooth and I would highly recommend EvHero to anybody.

I just read a poor review about EVHERO.
As a previous customer, I'll say it as it really is. A company that prides itself on delivering on customer satisfaction and attention to detail, I cannot let that negative review cast aspersions, suspicion, and doubt on a genuine service to the motor trade and indeed the Tesla brand.
When I purchased my model X two years ago, I got exactly what I wanted and more. It was for the first time in my life I had been given book price for a car. I exchanged my model S as a deposit for the X model by EVHERO.
Anyway, the customer complained about upgrades for increased speed. Teslers are fast enough on British roads. Who wants to go faster than that, especially since roads and some drivers need to be handled with utmost caution.
Most Teslas come with a standard autopilot built into the vehicles. There are another 2 options available, and yes, it will cost about £4000.00 to upgrade the autopilot system.
There is a saying, if you are tired of London, you are tired of living, similarly, if you are tired of EVHERO, you are tired of motoring.
Please get a grip, do the right thing, stand on your feet, use broad shoulders and sort out small issues with yourself.

We went and looked at the Tesla Model X P100DL, the car was exactly as described, the body work was in perfect condition and had been show room shined, the interior was in out standing condition and again not a mark internally inside the car could be seen, Will the seller spent some time with us going through the options that had been fitted to the car and it was soon very obvious that who ever brought it new had ticked every conceivable option box on the list. Will then gave us a quick demo on how to drive it then handed us the key so we could test the car, on our own with no pressure sales, We poodle popped along looking at what the car was about and checking all the functions as you would on a test drive, the we got to the dual carriageway and ooo my the acceleration was something else, I knew I wanted this car from that moment, we had another fifteen minute cruise around then returned and made the deal, Will and his wife offered to drop the car to my house as I was struggling to collect, it was delivered on time and still in showroom condition, overall this is a great car with no faults and Will has been the perfect dealer to deal with, I can phone him at any time and have done a few times now when I do not understand what to do as this car is so different from the normal car, he has answered and helped me on all occasions, looking below at the negative review I am sure this is not as it seems as it is a worlds apart from my dealings with Will, I have given five stars but the service and advise I have been given warrants more, I would certainly recommend this dealer to all my friends if they are in the market for an EV car.

Please do not use this dealer to purchase a vehicle.
Here’s why.
1. The dialler lied to me in writing with regards to performance upgrades to the car this was the fundamental reason I purchased the vehicle.
2. Tesla confirmed there had been an upgrade but categorically stated that would not have confirmed a specific 0-60 as this is impossible.
3. The dealer confirmed in writing on the 20.05.2021 that it was 0-60 in 4.2 seconds and this was confirmed to him by Tesla. as I say Tesla have advised that they would not have confirmed this.
4. When I asked for the dealer for sight of the evidence they have been silent.
5. The dealer also lied to me when he turned up with my vehicle. He stated that he had been using the self drive facility on the journey up in my just bought Tesla.
6. I later found out my car does not have this facility and it required an upgrade of £3,500! More porkies.
7. On a trip to London the air conditioning would not work due to a software error as the dealer had attempted an overdue software upgrade just before he sold the vehicle and Tesla confirmed it had not worked and the dealer had just not bothered and left it, and sold the car like that.
8. When I phoned up to complain and spoke to the the owner of the dealership, he verbally abused me and swore at me down the phone. Scandalous.
9. I commenced action before legal proceedings with the dealer and they offered to buy the vehicle back from me with a 50p per mile deduction on the mileage I had driven 50P!!!!!!!. Truly outrageous even lease companies charge between 8p and 14p

Anyway, my advice is do not touch these people with a barge poll!!

I recently got a Tesla from EV hero and due to my circumstances i needed it at short notice. William went out of his way to make sure the car was ready on time and even though a few issues popped up on the day, everything was sorted and i'm extremely happy with the car. Highly recommended.

Picked up my Nissan Leaf Tekna today! I am 71 years old so have bought many second hand cars, but never have I had such friendly and professional service. The car is immaculate and would most definitely recommend William and EVHeroes.

Just purchased a used 2018 Tesla Model X with EV Hero. I can confirm 100% of the tremendous reviews posted by previous customers, truly amazing service across the board. William knows Teslas in an out and was incredibly available and helpful to discuss all details ahead of the sale, which all took place distantly without any issue. Once we paid a £500 deposit to lock our interest in the car, he was kind and flexible enough to take care of small upgrades and maintenance items with the Tesla service centre for us before delivering the car personally, in a pristine (really almost as new) condition. He also bought our previous car from us at a reasonable and fair price which saved a lot of hassle. He is also very available after sales to follow up and advise on various little questions.
