Delivery easy. If possible a phone call or email prior to delivery with an approximate eta would make it even better.

24 hour turnaround for delivery, a call the evening before, very good service.

I ordered and paid for a quick delivery which was more expensive. It was not delivered and then I was told it would be next day, didn’t arrive. I was given another day didn’t arrive finally came 6 days after original date. I am also still waiting for the refund on difference in price. Not good enough.

The delivery was book two weeks in advance, but after two phone calls to chase, arrived four days late.
Never had this trouble before, so hopefully it’s a one off.

A mid-winter request was delivered quickly and at a competitive price.

We paid for a fast delivery as we were running very low…I phone the office to confirm the time of delivery. Where I was told they will not make the required date and time

Excellent communication, excellent driver, reasonable price considering the present outrageous oil price!!

Not delivered as promised x2 and failed to communicate same on 2nd occasion.

Very helpful company and top service , they helped me out when another supplier failed to deliver three times over month period , Eversons were able to turn it around within 3days they communicated very well I will continue use them in the future without doubt .

Very good customer service. I ran out of oil over Christmas and after contact with Evesons they brought my delivery date forward. Due to driver sickness the delivery was delayed by a day. It would have been useful to have been notified of this in advance but overall the service was excellent.

Move day just before Xmas and very little oil left. Next day delivery at a reasonable price an the delivery guys where friendly and explained how the tank works etc.

I am happy with the timing of delivering the oil, and the whole booking. A bit less with regards to the price if compared to competitors.

Fast and efficient ordering system, competitive prices and delivery when required

I ordered from Boilerjuice and it was due on the 13 but due to the weather they didn't come. On the 15 Dec I saw Evesons in the village but I was expecting my rescheduled delivery to be by NWFuels i phoned Boilerhuice and they said my order was cancelled. I reordered from Evesons directly and they phoned to tell me that due to driver discretion they wouldn't deliver. After the cold spell, this shambolic behaviour by NWFuels resulted in our family having no heating oil over Christmas as Evesons and NWFuels are one and the same. They took the money and took an age to refund it. Leaving us with a houseful of guests one a 96 year old house guests and a very high electricity bill due to need electric fan heaters. Disgraceful non-existent service and delivery. I also had to keep chasing them on the phone. Inexcusable.

Delivery was made on time and they delivered without us being here. There were cheaper companies out there but with really poor reviews, Evesons were the cheapest that had good reviews

Didn’t deliver when arranged on three separate occasions and blamed various reasons for the delay and lack of information given.
