I ordered express delivery but it took two weeks for Evesons to deliver. We watched two drivers drive onto the property and leave without speaking to us, only to be told that they were unable to deliver. As a result we ran out of oil. I complained but never received a response. Very poor service. I will go elsewhere next time.

Ordered oil, good price, good communication, speedy delivery. Easy peasy!

The delivery lorry knocked over the fence smashed to pieces although the driver assuring he would report it a month later and still no contact.

Ordered fuel and paid for it but they kept missing delivery dates and were very poor about keeping me informed, as of now they have still not delivered! Will not use them again.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff in both the office and delivery. Fast delivery if required. Regular updates, competitive pricing.what more can I say?

Ordering the oil was simple, all online, and the oil was delivered promptly and when expected.

There was an issue with my delivery that was planned for a Sunday, it didn’t arrive so I emailed, I had exceptional customer service from a woman when I rang to query and rearrange.
She sorted a new delivery date very quickly, the driver turned up as planned and my oil tank is now full again.

We realise that because of the special offer that you advertised all around the area,you were extremely busy.BUT,you were giing us times and dates of delivery,and not delivering.If you were busy,you should have notified us of the delivery date changes immediately.Instead we rang you on three seperate occasins to find why our delivery had not arrived,and only then did you give another time and date that was equally not accurate.We suggest that you get your house in order before we will deal with you again

It still retains its local family firm feel

We were been long standing customers of Evesons as it is one of the few local companies that has a baby tanker that is needed to access our tank. Two years running the delivery has been delayed as the tanker is (apparently) "off the road'. Last year an express delivery order on 7 Mar eventually arrived 8 days later after two scheduled/cancelled dates. This year, an order placed on 6 Mar was finally completed on 15 Apr, 40 days later, after no less than 7 failed/cancelled delivery dates because each time the tanker was "in for repairs" (and it is the same tanker number plate). No offer of any goodwill partial refund on the upfront payment for the fuel, just a vague offer of something off "next time". Sadly, give this woeful performance, there will probably never be a next time.

Edited to add that I complied with the company's request from "Andy" below to email it details, so I gave them times, dates of my numerous chasing phone calls, promised deliveries etc etc but - guess what? - absolutely no response.
Second edit to add that I did respond (again) this time direct to Andy, who acknowledged receipt this time, but - you guessed it - total silence since. I guess business must be good enough for "the manager" not to bother dealing with it.

Always use Evesons. Have never had a problem; great service.

I have fuel delivered from Evesons Fuel for aprox 3 yrs, with quite a tricky access. Every time I have had a problem with delivery driver attitude, to which I tell them I inherited the system in place. If it had happened again this delivery, I was ready to find my self a replacement for Evesons Fuel. Well this ray of sunshine in the form of Gary Leven. He said, with this job you take the rough with the smooth. (Sorry Gary if the surname is spelt wrongly)He also had to deal with major building work going on. So thank you Gary you saved a customer. With your pleasant attitude,you are a credit and ambassador for Evesons Fuel. May I suggest a bonus for him. Thank you so much. 😁

I ordered online for a 17th Or earlier Jan delivery and paid more to ensure this date as I was extremely low.
On the Friday I rang to ask when the delivery was coming, told without any apology it had been put back to 25th with no refe to me!!!
I asked for an earlier deliver and after a struggle had one on the 20th Jan..over the weekend the heating was turned off despite it being my birthday do!
Very disappointed, should have been called to agree to a delay which I could not do.
