Supportive organisation

etiCloud are a joy to work with. From the original transfer, where we were able to work in partnership with their technical team, through to ongoing day to day support. Their technical knowledge is fantastic, and they work with me on what ever level I need from the very simple to the complex. They work with us to introduce new systems with the minimum of fuss, and are always open to a discussion on potential solutions to new ideas.

ETI Cloud - A great partnership for our legal practice

We are a solicitor in the heart of Sheffield's legal quarter and have been in practice for over 100 years. We had our own way of doing things and took the momentous step to get rid of our on site, expensive to maintain servers, changing for a hosted desktop. After much research we decided to team with ETI Cloud. Much preparation work was done and to single out Paul in our on-boarding stage who was empathetic and knowledgeable. The day of "going live" arrived and after planning on no work going out of the office for 3-5 days whilst we got used to the "new system" we were greatly surprised that everyone came in on the Monday morning logged on and started working. No drama, we were working, printing, remote people were remote working, office people were office working. We would not have been able to recruit the caliber of new team members we have now without offering hybrid working. Ongoing when we have a question or issue ETI's helpdesk deal with it, and sort out efficiently. We get regular update meeting by Mike, who is honest and informative. Going forward we have a team behind us and supporting our practice on what is the best practice for us and where we should be with regards to security, safeguarding etc. They reassure and support our practice

Excellent Transfer & Support

We transferred our desktop to etiCloud from our previous provider in August 2023. As our previous provider was being difficult to say the least in assisting with the transfer of data etiCloud were very innovative in ensuring that the data was transferred as smoothly as possible. GoLive day went even better than expected and we have been delighted with the support provided by etiCloud over the past 12 months. We look forward to continuing and developing our relationship with etiCloud in the years to come.
