Everything Green Energy Anmeldelser

When you call in an expert you want to know that the person or firm you are dealing with knows what they are doing, is trustworthy, and charges for their time fairly. I contacted Chris at Everything Green Energy, having discovered that my solar system wasn't functioning and hadn't done so for months. Chris responded immediately to my request for help. What I and Chris thought would be an easy fix proved to be anything but. Chris spent countless hours liaising with the manufacturer of the solar system only to discover the fault was their end, and a new inverter had to be shipped and fitted. I can't imagine many contractors going to the lengths Chris did to resolve the matter. Would I recommend Everything Green Energy, absolutely.

Great service and communication throughout. Chris has been excellent at working through our particular needs, recommending solutions and then delivering the plan to schedule. He really cares.

We have just had a solar panel and battery system installed by Chris Pawsey and his team at Everything Green Energy. There was no high pressure selling, just the key facts to help us make a decision. I had already got information from two other suppliers who were either not interested in my type of installation on an out building or who were keen to get your money but not so good with what should come next. In this respect Chris and his team could not be faulted. They were with us every step of the way with a great eye for detail, tenacity and a great can-do attitude. The installation was accomplished quickly, neatly and tidily. Much help was forthcoming in getting us familiar with the systems installed and their controlling Apps. It is working faultlessly and with it the post fit paperwork with all of the manuals, system definitions, supplier guarantees etc and his own 5 year insurance back guarantee for his work. We felt that the solution proposed and installed offered us great value for money and the return on capital provided is already being made even in poor weather. The business was local to us and we happy to support a local business and would have no hesitation in recommending Everything Green Energy and we already have.

Solar and battery install - Chris and his team have been great throughout. Clear options to start with, simple delivery, quick, efficient and tidy install!
Loving the results we are getting from our 4.8kw solar system and 9kw battery.

The after service has been second to none and Chris was there to help when my GivEnergy battery needed a restart.

Would highly recommend Chris and his team for a brilliant local solar installation company.

From the consultation at the start, through the install to the follow-up aftercare, Chris and his team were highly professional, and patiently answered a raft of queries at every stage, providing clear and understandable answers.
Courteous, clean and quick - the Everything Green Energy team transformed our home’s energy model installing 10 panels on a third floor flat roof and two batteries, having the flexibility to deliver in two stages to work around our heat pump installation.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Everything Green Energy: the knowledgeable, experienced, honest and hardworking team have transformed our energy situation - though I now have to declare a slightly unhealthy obsession with checking the Solis app to see how much the solar is saving us!

We recently had a solar PV and battery system installed (AIKO Neostar panels with a Sigenergy SigenStor and HomeMax Gateway), and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. They went to incredible lengths to ensure we were happy as customers.

The initial consultation was thorough — they listened carefully to our needs and explained the different options without any pressure. The proposal was clear, detailed, and highly competitive, with realistic projections on energy savings and export income.

On the installation days, the crew was punctual, tidy, and incredibly efficient. They took excellent with our property, which was one of my top priorities. The quality of the work is excellent — everything is neatly installed, and very well hidden in our Victorian house, which was a significant challenge. The the system is performing even better than expected, with no faults or issues from the outset.

I was also very impressed by their aftercare and incredible attention to detail. They helped us get connected to Octopus Flux, an went the extra mile when dealing with the DNO for us. It’s clear they take pride in supporting their customers after the panels are on the roof.

Since the install, our energy bills have dropped, we’re making the most of the Octopus export rates, and it feels great knowing we’re running the house on clean energy.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend Everything Green to anyone considering solar or battery storage. Professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in their customers’ satisfaction.

A short phone call and Chris was able to arrange to have 10 Solar Panels installed on to the unit for our new test centre based in Southampton. The guys turned up on time and had the panels fitted in a short time, even when the weather was threatening to pour with rain.
Well recommended as they made the installation as painless as possible.
Will use Everything Green Energy again when required.
