This is how they manipulate their ratings to appear positive:
"Select 5 stars.
Write a short review highlighting positive aspects, such as "Good service," "Problem resolved," or "Great communication." It’s important to mention my name (Emily) in your review, as this helps to easily identify your feedback and initiate the refund process. Submit your review and, if possible, send me a screenshot of it.

Once done, confirm by replying "YES" and include the screenshot of your review in your email. I will then proceed to complete your refund request.

Please note that once I process the refund, you should receive the money within 5–7 business days. If you don’t see the amount within 10 days, feel free to contact me directly, and I will resolve the issue."

This site is undoubtedly a scam. Avoid placing any orders, as you will never receive the goods. They also charge membership fees, which are credited to your account, but you cannot actually use them to purchase anything. While they appear to have customer service, their responses are clearly automated. When I mentioned leaving a negative review or reporting them to the police, they promised a refund. However, they have access to my mother's bank account details, which means they could potentially make unauthorized charges. Do not trust this site under any circumstances. It appears this scam site operates under another name: loveoursport.com
