My 16 y.o. daughter and I returned from our first trip to Vancouver a few weeks ago. I had initially reached out to Jose with Evergreen Adventures in early 2020, but subsequently canceled our planned trip from the US at that time given COVID/travel restrictions. I reached out to Jose a few months ago and let him know that we were ready to try again. We discussed the father/daughter trip and he suggested several options. We spent 4 nights in a hotel in downtown Vancouver (Rosewood) and booked 3 excursions with Evergreen: Essential Vancouver, Garden’s High Team and Victoria, and Private Ice Cave Tour Adventure. Everything was perfectly planned and organized and very personal with Barry the first two days and with Jose who accompanied us on the final day. This trip exceeded expectations. I have taken several high-end private tours in South America, Europe, and Asia. I highly recommend Evergreen Adventures for travel in which every detail is addressed by the Evergreen team leaving one the opportunity to focus on the sites, adventure, and the family. I definitely plan to return to British Columbia with the rest of the family and will absolutely call on Jose at Evergreen Adventures for this next trip.

Great half day tour with our wonderful guide Frank. He is so knowledgeable about everything Vancouver. My mother in law has some issue walking distances and Frank was helpful and thoughtful in finding solutions for her while still keeping the rest of the group busy and entertained. Plus he takes awesome photos. Thanks Frank!

Frank Hanning was a phenomenal guide…8 min early to begin which was appreciated. Our ambitious day from the Vancover ferry to Victoria to the Butchart Gardens to tea at the Empress Lily to downtown to the seaplane back was perfectly orchestrated. He had a jovial attitude, precise knowledge of logistics and even tailored the day to our interests! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful half day tour with Frank. Our trip started off a bit rocky with Susan forgetting her phone in Customs & not realizing it until we were at the hotel. The company made all the necessary contacts & Frank arrived early to pick us up the next morning to go back to the airport before starting our tour. He even made that trip fun & informative.
After that detour, Frank drove us all around Vancouver, including Stanley Park, Granville Island & everything in between. His knowledge of Vancouver & his ability to share it in just the right way, made our day see Vancouver through the eyes of someone who loves it. We felt like we made a new friend.

Our guide Frank is a total professional, highly informed, passionate about all things Canada, particularly Vancouver!

Our tour with Frank was fantastic! We opted for a four hour tour of the Vancouver area highlights. It included downtown Vancouver, beautiful Stanley Park, Granville Island where we enjoyed a lovely lunch, Chinatown and Gastown. Frank was personable, knowledgeable and informative. He geared the tour toward what my husband and I were interested in but did not overdo it on information. The vehicle was very comfortable and was stocked with water and other necessities. 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks Frank!

We used Evergreen used Evergreen to tour Vancouver and Whistler and our guide was Frank. He both met as well as exceeded all of our expectations. We had poor weather with rain almost every day and despite that, he managed to find all the right things for us to go and do at all of the right times. He turned around what could have been a disappointing vacation into a lovely trip. His knowledge of everywhere that we went was excellent and he was extremely kind and accommodating at all times. He helped us navigate through other questions about our trip that he was not even responsible for. He tried always to be so helpful. It was a pleasure to use Evergreen because of him.

In addition, we had a transportation issue because of the airlines that could have made it very difficult getting home and the owner of Evergreen was outstanding. He jumped right to our aid and made sure we got home without a hitch. Evergreen was great

I should also note that we had Henrique drive us for a tour one day and it was he who transported us to the airport. He was equally as wonderful. Extremely patient and kind and very knowledgeable. All-around great company

We had an absolute fantastic 2 days with our guide, Frank. A real insider tour of Vancouver and surrounding areas. We went to North Shore side, Capilano Hatchery, Lynn Canyon, Stanley Park, and some great hikes along the way. Beautiful scenery.
Second day, we took off for Squamish to hike along Shannon Falls, Sea to Sky gondola, and a very cool aerial tour of Garibaldi NP and Whistler area.
The picnic lunches and especially the cookies, all by Marianne, were fabulous. We stole all the cookies from our comfortable ride, too.

Enjoyed two fabulous days with Frank, including North Shore tour, Capilano Canyon, airplane flight over Garibaldi Park, Sea to Sky Gondola, and more. Brilliant travel guide with so much local knowledge. Wonderful picnic lunches and the loveliest home made cookies were extra special touches. Do yourself a favor!

When we visited Vancouver for 3 days during we wanted to feel as local and have some great pictures for memories. Our hotel recommended us Evergreen Adventures.
Huge and very clean SUV with Jose greeting us in the morning was perfect start.
Jose listened our expectations and show us a great itinerary for the day.
Started with Stanley Park with hidden parts for great pictures for our social media . Then visited a West Vancouver followed with Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Jose is very friendly and truly professional with details.
I never seen such a humble person with amazing hospitality.
He was also great driver and perfect picture taker.
I wish we had more time and spend another day with his company. He promised to show us northern lights in winter.
I would strongly recommend his company to people who wants to have a memorable time in British Columbia.

We had a wonderful tour hosted by Frank, from Vancouver to Victoria with flight back to Vancouver. Frank was very knowledgeable and made sure our experience was exceptional. Jose met us at the landing site, with a warm smile and returned us to our Hotel. A perfect day!

Great group of people. Our guide, Frank, gave us a wonderful driving orientation to Vancouver with plenty of opportunities for walking and viewing. He was very informative about history and current perspectives. A surprise picnic lunch with Jose and Marianne, owner and chef. Perfect for the day! Best cookies ever!! We would look forward to choosing them again!

The day excursion was tailored to us personally and exactly what we asked for. The SUV provided was exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We enjoyed getting out of the big city; wish we were able to spend more time exploring BC. Frank was great! Very knowledgeable, informative and efficient with just the right amount of humor. Very apparent he truly enjoys what he does. And we felt COVID safe the whole day. Frank also provided some great sea and winery ideas, we will be back for more excursions!! Everyone at Evergreen Adventures exceeded our expectations! Thank you again for a great day.

There are probably not enough words in which to thank Jose for creating simply two fantastic days for Mary and myself in Vancouver!

When Jose picked us up at our hotel we immediately felt that we were in for something very special and indeed we were. On our first day we had a full tour complete with history and total knowledge of the various areas within Vancouver, Stanley Park and surroundings.

On our second day we had the most wonderful drive to Whistler, taking in waterfalls, history and complete with Gondola rides to the top of the peaks and not to mention getting to see a lovely bear in the wild.

Overall, we were treated with such courtesy, respect and professionalism that truly was unique in all our travelling. Not to mention wonderful 'home made cookies' courtesy of Jose's wife, who is a chef, and also prepares home made catering lunches.

A new gold standard has been set and we can say, with total conviction, that any trip to Vancouver is incomplete without a call to Jose and Evergreen. We will be back to Vancouver and in no small measure thanks to Jose (and those cookies)!

Our trip with Jose was excellent…such a nice and caring person it was really an amazing experience …..
The car , the food provided , the cookies , the trip, the flight everything together with Jose’s presence …we enjoyed the day we enjoyed the trip ….I strongly recommend his company and defiantly when we come back to Vancouver we will book more days with him

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Vancouver and Whistler and I have to thank Evergreen and our tour guide leader Frank.
We have been with other tour guides in the past, and Frank is the best we have ever had. He was so informative, friendly, fun, and such a great person - Frank made our vacation extra special.
We went to all of the main tourist attractions in Vancouver and Whistler - my wife, my 5 children and I had the most wonderful time. Thank you Evergreen and Frank!! You are the best!! 😊❤️😊

We had a really cool and unique experience with Evergreen Adventures. It was such a fast and easy transaction. It was truely an amazing break from everything. The pay for both the tour and the service was definately worth it. Our guide was Frank Hannig, born and raised in Vancouver and is very much knowledgeable about everything out there. He arrived earlier than the booked time and every minute was all worth it. We were initially contacting Jose, and he was so quick to respond on all our inquiries and even texted us the day before our most awaited tour.
I surely will recommend them to our friends who loves travel and adventure as well. We are already looking forward to booking our next adventure with Evergreen Adventures.

Even before the day of the tour Evergreen Adventures was very responsive and fast to answer my questions and inquiries.
On the day our tour guide Jose arrived earlier than the meeting time. He was very knowledgeable of the city and the spots we've visited and was able to share very interesting stories about each spot.

This tour was a surprise for my wife on our anniversary and the tour and the service has excelled my expectations. I would recommend Jose and Evergreen adventures anytime.

Had a fantastic trip with Jose through Vancouver, and north Van. Jose has exceeded our expectations of this tour, showing us many amazing well known stops in Vancouver while always teaching us something new. We had visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Stanley Park, Salmon Hatchery, and Grandville Island. Jose was always keeping us well informed about the popular attractions with many points that we did not know before- so it was great to be taught something new. Jose had followed all COVID-19 protocols making my son and I feel comfortable on his tour. His GMC Denali was comfortable, and well equipped with many items we could use such as disposable face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. He did also provide lunch that day, which was an elaborate luxury picnic box including fresh fruits, cheese, nuts, gourmet panini, and a delicious homemade cookie! I would absolutely recommend spending the afternoon with Evergreen Adventures- it will make your trip into Vancouver extraordinary!
