Unreliable and Unresponsive – Avoid Everestcard
My experience with Everestcard has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer support is extremely slow, often taking days or longer to respond to support tickets—if they reply at all. For a financial service, this kind of delay is unacceptable.
Even worse, they blocked my account without any clear explanation, leaving me unable to access or move my own funds. No warnings, no meaningful communication, just a sudden lockout. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning.
To make matters worse, while my account was blocked and I couldn't use their services, they continued to debit fees. Charging customers while denying them access to their own money is outrageous and unethical.
If you’re considering Everestcard, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their lack of transparency, poor support, and questionable practices make them a serious risk for anyone relying on them for business or personal finances.
