EVC UK

Very pleasant and efficient company to work with. They assessed the situation via pictures and gave good advice and options. I could not be happier with their recommendation.

They installed it neatly and well and helped set it all up to see it working.

They are clearly interested in pleasing the customer and take pride in their work.

I will happily be recommending EVC UK to my friends and family.

Thank You

Rob came out twice - once for a quote, and once again for the install, 6 weeks later. Faultless service, despite a shortage of cable in our area, and my failure to do the prep work I promised to do (!). Neatest job we’ve had done, compared to Sky, British Gas, etc. He spent all day getting it just right. It was the first VCHRGD charger he’d installed, but stayed an extra hour making sure it was all connected via the app.

Faultless service.

From initial contact through to completion of the installation of our EV Charger EVC UK were fabulous to work with. They also gave sound advice on picking a EV Charger and I could not be happier with their recommendation.
They also use high quality materials in their jobs which is always a good sign that they take pride in their work.

Will be recommending EVC UK to my friends and family.

Thank You EVC UK

The team from EVC arrived as promised and carried out the work quickly and without any disruption or fuss.
Would wholeheartedly recommend them if you need a charger fitting.

Responded promptly to initial enquiry. Helpful with information as I am buying my first EV. Work completed promptly by Andy who was very personable and kept things clean and tidy. Excellent service overall.

Provided plenty of advice beforehand. Arrived on time, carried out install very efficiently and took time to explain things at the end. Great service.

EVC were great. They gave us a personal service, were prompt and efficient in all correspondence.
We had good advice from Jordan who was very knowledgeable and able to meet our specific needs. He was proactive and installed on time and in budget.
Very tidy work.
We would highly recommend EVC to any of our friends and relatives.

Very helpful with selection of charger, installed as required, high standard of finish and very helpful setting up the unit afterwards.

If you are looking for a reliable EV charger installation company with excellent customer service & support, then I highly recommend Jordan and his team. He reacted quickly to my initial enquiry & has responded rapidly to all my questions throughout. I am especially grateful for his support over the Christmas holiday when I had temporary drop in charging speed due to the charger manufacturer’s firmware update. Thank you Jordan 🙏

Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful from the word go. Charger install was completed as agreed and was happy to help with setup issues.
Would recommend.

Good quality workmanship.
Knowledgeable about the product which made installation clean and tidy.
Very reasonable lead times for the installation despite having to travel over 50 miles.

Jordan came almost immediately to give me a quote
On arriving he surveyed the job area and as he was assessing the job was telling me what he would be doing at each section what cable he would use what charger he would use what junction boxes he would use
And that I could use the ""Ohme"" charger point with an app on my phone
He went home to write up a quote
He sent me an email with the quote
and asked me for a half of the total cost
When I paid I sent too much
20 min later he contacted me to say that I had over paid
Not many would do that
Jack arrived at 8.30am
And began work
The work was carried out just the way I wanted neatly and both guys tidyed-up
Jordan showd me how to down load the app, and how to use the charger
Jack and Jordan made sure everything was clean and tidy and that I was happy before they left
Before he left Jordan tested the charger with my car to see if everything was working properly
Both guys were polite, cheerful and respectful
I would recommend Jordan and his company to anyone

Very prompt with the quote and reasonably priced friendly and efficient good clean and quick job very impressed. Dave
