Bag received with front side pushed in!
When i received the bag, it had white stuff on it which i did manage to remove. However, bag front side was pushed in a little which ruined bag shaped. I was very disappointed that I spent considerable amount of money for this bag and the quality was not up to standard. I will not be reordering from Euston bags again!

Great bag
Great bag, it came in time for my trip. The only issue I'm having is making the straps stay in position as they frequently keep loosening the tightness, and I'm mean like every 5mins. Love the phone charge bit as it's so handy😊 UPDATE November 2022: I have finally just found out how to pull the straps to make them stay in place.

Horrible customer service. You refused my returns just because of the tag was off it's string. At least I sent back the tag with the item. Very pretty!

I was looking for a nice waist and chest bag for my friend and I came across this gorgeous bag. I read the reviews and I decided to buy the item... Information was okay the only down fall with information is they did not inform me when it will arrive on the day apart from that everything was perfect the bag has so many spaces in it I will definitely recommend this bag my friend was surprised when he got it. Many thanks
