Terrible company, surely it's a scum.
I've placed an order on the 15th of January, haven't received anything and their customer service is clearly fake because nobody ever responds to emails and the phone lines result always off.
STAY AWAY.

It’s been over a month and I’m yet to receive the product. Customer support didn’t answer the first time and now the mail feature on their website is down. Pretty obvious that it’s a scam company, lesson learned to always check trust pilot, and it only cost me 50€

No compaints, my order arrived in 2 weeks. I have ordered these from the US before and they take over 2 months and you have to pay an import fee which is more expensive than the kit.

Will use again!

Seriously disappointed with Eurowhite - quite clearly a scam company.

I ordered some crest strips which arrived 5 weeks late, when I was told they'd be with me in 2-3 days.

I then received an email from customs staying I owed an additional £20 to cover customs fees - which it clearly states on their website there will be no customs fees or additional costs.

When I tried to speak with customer service, it appeared that their customer service team didn't exist?! I never got a reply to answer my questions on why it was so late, when to expect the strips and any response on the extra customs costs or getting a refund.

When the strips finally did arrive, it appeared that they weren't even legit. A total waste of time and money!

I've since ordered with UKTeethWhitening and I can't recommend them more!!!

Avoid Eurowhite at all costs.

Not all of my order arrived, 5 strips were missing. Have emailed several times, filled out the online form on their website and have called many times but it just rings for a while then cuts you off.

HIER NIET BESTELLEN strips besteld op 6 april bijna 2 maanden later nog steeds niets mogen ontvangen. Al enkele mails gestuurd maar word niet op gereageerd. Het is een misleidende site en het geld zie ik waarschijnlijk ook niet meer terug.

I decided to ask for a refund due to the long delivery times and negative feedback mentioned on here. I have to say: this processed immediately, and graciously. I can only really leave five stars as a result because I think honestly, this is good customer service.

Took my money straight away.. and that's it, over a month and apart from some pretend tracking number where apparently the package arrived at DHL uk on 3rd March, nothing.
Emailed asking where it is as it is not recognised on DHL uk and nothing.
I searched DHL worldwide and that tracking number is being dealt with by German postal service so clearly wasn't my package. Started a PayPal dispute now as waiting over a month with fake tracking numbers and no reply to email screams of scammers. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAVE GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN

Update.. 3 days after putting the review up they magically turned up. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Ik heb betaald en mijn pakketje nooit ontvangen. Ze sturen een track en tracé van dhl die niet een bestaat.
Daarnaast reageren ze niet op mailtjes en niet telefonisch!
Oplichters!!!

Took about 2 weeks to arrive but when I sent an email querying I got a prompt response explaining it would be with me shortly. The results have been amazing, my teeth have never been whiter!

They do not respond, no cudtormor service- i have not recieved my order- i payed in august - now they have returned my order, and i cant g’et throug to Any employee…. I have send Them many mails and ivr tried to Call, but the number is wrong.

Don't order at this site. After a month I still did not get the product and the customer service is terrible as they just don't reply on your email. I regret a lot I ordered these!

Stay away from this!!! It comes from Hong Kong instead from legitimate US or European sources. God knows what's in those bags... they say 3 to 6 days delivery.... hahaha... ordered on the 23rd September, its the 8th and just now got message saying it left their Hong Kong office. Don't waste your money

I cancelled the order, but it got shipped anyway. 7 days have passed, still no response to my inquiry. It's literally a Chinese company with a British domain. I don't want the package, but no tracking number is provided so I cannot cancel it through the courier. If it gets delivered, I will have pay import taxes for it, which will be higher than the product itself.

Took 17 days from ordering to delivery, 2 emails sent asking where order was, first one ignored then second one replied to as I’d said I was going to take action to get a refund, only then was tracking detail given and order arrived within next couple of days, I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was going to take so long
