Excellent service!
Quick delivery for requested samples.
I am quite happy with the clear way of showing availability of products.

This company has provided fantastic floor tiles for our small bathroom and I had great service. Months later when we ready for the install my tile trim arrived for our shower and it didn’t match my dark blue tiles. As our fitter was on a tight schedule I ordered a polished nickel trim to match our brightwork instead, which are quite difficult to come by. This company went over and above to try and get them to me from their supplier as soon as they could. Particular thanks goes to Joanna Oleksyk whose communication was 11/10. Felt like a very valued customer and I was buying three tile trims. Would look to go out my way to use this company in the future.

Great from start to finish with easy ordering and communication right through to delivery. Ordered first batch online and then topped up by phone. Even the delivery driver went above and beyond. Will definitely use again.

Good communication, experienced and helpful staff, reliable service.

Very happy with my samples. Quick despatch and good quality

There might be glitzier, flashier tiles on offer elsewhere but I’ll always return to these guys for the best advice on a range of tiles that meets my needs perfectly

Exceptional service again. I’ve come back to buy another brand through European Heritage because their service is excellent.

I ordered a set of samples that arrived in a very short time. The quality and design look great so we will be placing an order for our shower refurbishment soon.

Love the tiles I’ve recently purchased for my bathroom. Excellent quality and great service.
Thank you 😊

A caring company. My ordered tiles arrived on time but were broken.I got in touch with the company and sent them photos and straight away they ordered my tiles again. No hesitation.I've now got my tiles intact.first class service.

Excellent product

Fantastic service from European Heritage when I’ve needed Mapei grouts & silicones, easy to navigate and pay on the website with rapid next day delivery. Thank you 🙏🏼

Samples arrived promptly and looked of good quality.
Colours looked true to online.

Good service, personal touch when sorting out problems that are not of their own making. Wide choice of tiles, great to work with a supplier that’s local to our studio.

Made tile shopping easy. Tiles were well priced and ordering was simple. Delivery was speedy too. Thanks for your quality.

Excellent customer service. Sorted out issues with delivery which were beyond their control. Above and beyond. Highly recommended

The collection process has been tortuous. I live 10 miles from the supposed supplier, Quessential Porcelain, Salisbury, (or at least tha´s how it posted on the website). I don't want to pay a £75 delivery charge for a few boxes of tiles so I arranged with EH to collect them. It turns out the warehouse is not is Salsbury but Melksham, another 20 miles away and it took 3 phone calls to actually find the order, with each person saying they had no record of it.
Perhpas a more reasonable delivery charge would prevent this, I'm having a whole pallet of flooring delivered today for £40, compared to EH charge of £75 a few boxes! Picking up tomorrow, hope it goes more smoothly.
