As a 78 year old woman travelling alone, the whole experience was great, from booking my tickets, sending my luggage in advance and the assist, when I had an inquiry everyone made sure they gave me time and the right explanation.
The only thing I didn't like was the food, I would have preferred a selection of sandwiches, also I don't like pasta salade or couscous and the trout is to boney.

I had some problems in finding a shop in Paris where to print your labels and I believe also other people may have if they aren’t familiar with the town. Probably would be better if the labels are brought by the people collecting the luggage . Could the waiting time to collect and deliver the luggage be reduced to half a day instead of all the day long? Again many, many thanks. Livia Catalano

This service was good, for the most part. The timing could have been clearer. We booked delivery for one date. The confirmation later said that date OR EARLIER. We were told the luggage would be delivered tomorrow on a Wednesday five days earlier than the stated date, then told the same day it would be delivered today. It was delivered that same day. So the bag arrived, but we had to adapt and re-adapt to the unclear scheduling.
