Les prix ne sont pas toujours très compétitifs en revente mais on tombe parfois sur des perles.
Les frais de livraison sont assez élevés donc ça peut rebuter de faire quelques achats, mais la livraison ne se fait pas depuis un pays limitrophe, donc ça peut se comprendre.
Par contre, premier gros point négatif, certains articles sont notifiés comme étant neufs et jamais ouverts, mais quand on demande des photos, la réalité est tout autre puisque des emballages sont troués et des colis sont déjà visiblement ouverts...bonjour la confiance après ça. Mais le pire pour moi a été avec ma toute première commande. J'ai acheté 14 articles électroniques estampillés neufs et jamais ouverts affichés à un prix imbattable, et au final 5 d'entre eux ne fonctionnaient soit pas du tout, soit étaient défectueux, incomplets, ou abimés, donc invendables. Bien sûr impossible d'effectuer un quelconque retour. Franchement après ça mes commandes sont devenues plus rares, et je prends mes précautions avant de passer commande.

Plusieurs choses ...
- Les tarifs ne comprennent pas les frais de livraison et on est obligé de valider et payer la commande sans connaitre le montant de la livraison, du grand n'importe quoi

- On ne peux pas choisir une quantité exact de produit (ça oblige a a voir des stocks et des stocks pour chaque catégorie achetée, du grand n'importe quoi )

Pas du tout professionnel , la sérénité d'un échange de qualité entre BtoB n'y ai pas

Already placed ~10 Orders with Eurolots, everything perfect so far.

Bought only products in NEW Condition and all of them were exactly as expected.

Dispatched usually the same day via DHL Express, shipping costs are fair and products safely packaged.

Can recommend especially Maria from the team, super helpful and replies to all questions/requests within minutes.

My sales rep Maria is great to work with. She’s always quick to get back to me, professional, and easy to talk to. No matter what I need, she’s happy to help and makes things simple. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend her.

Overall I was happy with the products and service. Until the moment I had a problem with the products I purchased. There was a big difference between the description on the site and what I received. The photos did not match what I received, the quality of the products was very poor, there were traces of use (although it was listed on the site as new), there was no description on the packaging for which car it was used (there should have been different devices for different cars as it was listed but all the devices were the same).I contacted the manager Spas Georgiev to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I received extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful behavior from this person (which is unacceptable for a person who is a manager of the company). He did not want to listen to me and threatened me that they would not work with me again if I returned the lot I purchased. When I returned items I was refunded and then my Eurolots account was suspended. I am writing this so that future customers know how the company proceed if client ask to return something that does not match the description, photos and condition.

Je viens de passer ma première commande les marchandises sont dans l'état décrit et très bien emballé expédition ultra rapide et première commande a -50% très intéressante pour faire une plus-value en achat revente , on trouve même les asin des marchandises correspondantes sur amazon petit bémol des fois pour certains produits moQ assez élevé , je ne sait pas si c'est négociable .. en tout cas je suis satisfait de mon achat !!
