I did not recieve all the products I ordered. 4 packets of Mola fish were missing. I sent a text to Eurocross whatsAp number. Still, awaiting a response. Its been two days.

Still haven't received anything,I was told by DHL my order is with them and would be delivered Friday 27th September but next thing DHL messaged me again saying delayed but no reason, I've sent emails to Eurocross but no reply, so they take your money and don't give the goods

4 days ago I ordered, but I haven’t received anything yet.
I order it first time and have a bad experience.
I order £119 worth of stuff.
I’m worried it will be delivered or not!

Waited a week for delivery. When nothing arrived I called up to find out the item is out of stock. Now let’s see how long it takes to get a refund.

It's a wonderful collaboration experience. A company I plan to return to again. In touch all the time, the parcel was perfectly packed, everything arrived still frozen. For one item that they forgot to put in the order, the money was immediately returned. The carrier company made me nervous, but, of course, there are no complaints about Eurocross. Everything is perfect. Thank you!

I bought some very large prawns for a special meal. The prawns themselves were the perfect size and were fine - but they arrived defrosted so I wasn't able to use them for the meal I had planned as I had to use them straight away.
But when I rang the company they apologised and immediately refunded me. The product and the way the company behaved was fine - just a shame the packaging let them down.

I been searching for someone who did Indian street food as I am from Calcutta India things like Dal Puri and imariti and Kathi Kebab made with beef now I have found Eurostar for Dal Puri
