It was simple to order from the list, with the draw handles quickly and look great.

BEWARE - ITEMS NEVER DESPATCHED.
Ordered & paid for two IN STOCK items. No mention on website of delays on in stock items or “special orders”. No receipt in 4 weeks. Contacted & advised items made to order. Couldn’t/wouldn’t address the lack of advance notice or why they couldn’t despatch “in stock” item showing on website.
On 3 March promised/assured would arrive within 10 working days. That was 15 March.
Un-surprising silence & no items. Have reported & am recovering purchase via credit card protection.
This is clearly a scam.

NON DELIVERY
Put an order in and was told by reply it would be delivered 21- 23 October. Nothing has arrived and I have had no further contact by the company. Although the delivery was an “expected”delivery date, I have received no confirmation of a possible further delivery date despite emailing the company three times asking to update me. The items have been paid for.

Very poor experience
Order obviously got lost in their system. Delivery window closed (on Friday) but Royal Mail tracking still waiting to receive the goods. No response to phone call on Saturday despite the fact they say customer services are open. No response to webmail same day. Phone call on Monday got a response of “we’ll check with the warehouse”. “Will you get back to me today?” “Yes, is this the best number?” Followed by radio silence!
Goods shoved through door one day later (today) by Royal Mail. Article OK but no better. As they say “Good from far but far from good”. Surface scratches on polished chrome and stiff mechanism. Cheap fixing screws provided. That’s why it’s a 1 star review.

I ordered an espagnolette door bolt from Euro Art, UK
I ordered an espagnolette door bolt from Euro Art in the UK for delivery to Australia. I was advised production of the bolt in the finish I wanted would take 4 weeks, which was acceptable. The bolt was made and delivered in the time quoted. The delivery time after manufacture was only 7 days which was excellent. The item matched what I ordered and is of good quality.
