The Giftery & Co London Anmeldelser

Brilliant service and beautiful products. Cannot fault your the giftery and co. I ordered the large round eternity rose box and the flowers exceeded my expectations. Delivery was very quick and customer service was very professional and helpful.

I am happy with service and receive my flowers on time

Loved my roses which came packaged really securely in lots of bubble wrap. The personalised message in the bottle is also really cute and a lovely touch. Prices are really reasonable! The acrylic box looks lovely on my dressing table :-)

I dont normally write reviews but I am more than happy to review the experience I had here. Bought an acrylic box for a gift from the clearance section and the quality was much better than I had received from another more widely used rose company. The prices are also amazing for what you get and so I will definitely be buying more in the future. P.S eternity roses are such a lovely gift idea!

Quick delivery. Beautifully packaged

Very quick delivery; literally received parcel within 2 days of ordering. Love the roses, definitely will order again.

I bought the quad Forever Red Roses which are absolutely beautiful, the great thing about them is that they last for years. But also for people like me who have severe allergies to pollen is this is a great way to enjoy flowers. Oh my word the presentation is gorgeous, it's so beautifully boxed with branded gold embossed black ribbon. The service was very prompt and quick delivery too. They have fantastic products in their range and everything is so stunningly packaged. Great products, service and packaging.

Website to be improved

There is supposed to have a spot for a gift message but it was grayed out on the website. There is also no option to select delivery date. The flowers are priced well but the ordering process can be improved.

I ordered the mirrored roses and that. The box and roses are stunning. Better than I expected! Customer service was 10/10 because I emailed to make a change to my personal note and they replied immediately. I will definitely be buying more gifts.

I had the Teddy bear delivered as a gift from my daughter. It came extremely well packed. Beautifully presented in a clear box. From the information I had from my daughter, it was delivered on time and at a very reasonable cost.

I won 1 a deluxe box of roses and purchased 2 Teddy bears.

A massive thanks to this company! The Giftery and Co have well and truly gone above and beyond for me. They very kindly sent my parcel out using a nominated delivery as I needed it for a certain day and then we’re more then helpful when I had an issue with Royal Mail. I special thanks to Sarah from Sales & Marketing who is extremely receptive via email.
