We ordered a small round box of hot pink preserved roses for the recipient's 40th birthday. The gift was much appreciated. It's a wonderful product and was delivered on time.
My only feedback would be to include a note on how to care for the product. The recipient said she was about to take the roses out of the box, then luckily decided to check the website first.

Was very happy with the service my partner recieved her gift in good timing and everything is exactly how it is in the pictures very well done.

Very happy with my order, fast delivery and roses looks exceptional. Thank you.

Great product compared to other suppliers

The 40cm teddy I bought was of good quality and looks fantastic. It comes in a nice box with a ribbon. Delivery was prompt soo no complaints from me.

Se programó el pedido para ser entregado el 27-01-2024( sabado ) el resto de días de la semana no hay quien reciba, el único día donde hay alguien es sábado y nunca llegó.

Beautiful
😍 it is lovely 🥰 Xxxx

It looks incredible and there isn’t any issues with it so far and waiting to give it next week as a gift

Turned up 'in tact'. Beautiful product for the price. My mother will love it, big 'bear fan'. Thank you

Took a week to arrive and missed my anniversary.

Speedy delivery, cute box, roses look great

So very happy, order early Sunday morning for my Aunts 80th, delivered by Tuesday 6pm.
She is absolutely delighted with the product, I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received from this company.
Previously bought same product from another company & received terrible service.
Thanking you

Absolutely beautiful, makes the perfect gift for any occasion. I will definitely be buying more.

Fast shipping. Great looking flowers.

Birthday present for my 93yo mother who cannot lift or arrange flowers in a vase any longer. Eternity Roses now give her the gift of fresh roses on her mantelpiece for 12 months. She tells me they are delightful and everyone who visits is totally fascinated that they are still alive and looking beautiful. The delivery via UK mail was quick and the postie even carried the flowers indoors for her to his amusement as she thought they'd be heavy but they're very light in weight.

Beautiful roses in an elegant round box. Arrived just in time for Wife’s Bday. She is obsessed with it. Great service!

Unimpressed with the quality of these. They've just arrived and I'm really unhappy with them. There seems to be like dust around the outer petals and they look almost like silk roses rather than genuine roses. I wish I had ordered elsewhere as I think they look awful and not worth £30 let alone the full value price of them.

Extremely fast shipping.
The roses arrived looking beautiful and my mum loved them. The only reason I have removed a star is because there was no information about the roses and how to care for them. Luckily I spoke to my mum before she started messing with them and trying to water them. She thought they were regular roses. It would be useful to have a care card in the delivery box. Also, I know personalised message in a bottle is offered, but it would be great to add a gift tag like ordinary bouquets have to recipients know who it is from.

Fast delivery. And the rose bear it's self is beautiful. Very happy with it. Hope my mum will be too. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much :)

Arrived in a timely manner and was really well presented. Some minor care and storage instructions would have been a welcome addition but still an amazing gift and couldn't fault the service.
