To begin with a better customer service I made my purchase in April of 2024 waited about 3 months for my purchase and when I finally received it it was the wrong color I went through hell to return it because it came ups and to return it it would have cost me $ 250 so I took it to the post office it still cost $ 30 to return it when I emailed them what the problem was being the wrong product and the $ 30 all they responded with sorry will send the correct one after I sent them several pictures of what I gad originally picked out still no $ 30 refund so now here it is September and finally got the package on August 28 I opened the package and couldn’t believe what I saw the wig was finally the right color but what I ordered was 16” in length was barely 12” and so cheaply made it was not worth the almost $800 I actually paid for so I emailed them immediately that same day and here it is September 7 and no response the wig has not been altered in anyway shape or form as soon as I saw it I was totally disappointed and disgusted after all this time and still the wrong product after all this I would suggest please don’t do business with this company at all run the other way I should have stuck with the original company I always bought from and that’s moramode highly recommend

It was my first time ordering and waited almost 3 months for my purchase and when it finally arrived it was the wrong item it cost me $30 to mail it back and asked for refund for the $30 and also asked for the right item I was assured the right item will be sent out still waiting

This was my first hair topper and I was extremely nervous that it would not look natural but everyone so far, including my hairdresser, are amazed at how it looks! I'm SO happy with it. However, when I ordered exactly the same topper on 29th October but a longer length, the 2nd topper I received was not the same so I returned it. It's now February 2025 and I have not received anything and have requested a refund both via email and on WhatsApp. I am waiting for a reply as I am owed £165.75 and would like my money back.

The wig does not appear same as the photo, I felt it was very synthetic despite selling as human hair, it was a pixie wig, the middle part had strands that won't lie down , had to use glue. The wig was also leaving black stains. More than disappointed, £100 for a purchase I can't even wear!

Don’t buy from them it’s Indian dry horse hair the sell.
Please think twice when you spend so much money like me on hair!
What’s not worth it!

This is my 2nd purchase from Eternal Wigs, I got the Bella hair and just WOW WOW WOW!!! The quality of the hair and the fit is just amazing, I wore her today for the first time and got lots of compliments, and for the price? I just don’t know how Eternal do it when other outlets would probably charge £1000’s for such quality. I would never ever ever ever use another company for my hair. Eternal are amazing. Thank you

I have now made 3 orders through Eternal Wigs and I am extremely happy with the quality of the hair.
I had reservations prior to my first order, however I had no reason to worry! The wigs (I have only ordered human hair wigs) are fantastic and I get many compliments from work colleagues. The first wig is still going strong, despite it being well over a year old, wearing it nearly every day and subjecting it to quite a bit of heat...I just wanted to mix it up with some new colours/styles!
The Customer Service was also very quick to respond, as I contacted them on the most recent occasion to chase up my order (there was a very mild delay).

Long delivery , hair doesn’t feel real ,more dry.

I am extremely happy with my wig from Katie. It was so nice to buy one with a great fit, style, good hairline and pre bleached knots. Which I haven’t had to alter in anyway. Also the photos are true to what you get. The only downside is that the lace on my black haired wig is a bit too dark. Some foundation and lace melt spay has helped hide the hairline. Katie is great at replying to any questions and has said that they are looking at the option of having transparent lace very soon. I am looking forward to buying another when they do. 5* for great customer service, a true photo of what you are purchasing and great quality.

The wig I received was not as advertised and looked damaged. I contacted the listed email along with pictures asking for a refund. No response since. Followed up, no response. The wig was over $1000

This company is not worth considering when things go wrong ie firstly they did not provide me with a wig that was wearable and secondly when trying to correct their mistake they posted it to me by Royal Mail who lost it .. I requested my money back repeatedly which was over £1100 but they have refused to answer my emails text messages and phone calls and I have still not got my money back ..
I am feeling extremely let down and depressed with the whole situation .. I would never recommend this company .

Bad quality hair.
I bought for the third time now but the quality of this hairpiece is horrible.
I’m wearing it for one week and I look like a stray cat with my hair.
250 usd I can throw I the garbage can, and also the color was not like the picture.

Useless and a shame they sell this!

The Oder took over 3 months to arrive. Communication with company was scant concerning delay. When order was received it was damaged and apparently a used or returned item. The wig color was not as pictured on the site and the description of color did not match either. For over 4 weeks I have been trying to get a response from the company concerning my complaint and return. The only response was to tell me that “they were on holiday and would get back to me soon “

The quality of the wig is great. The time to deliver was about 3 weeks.

Ordered a wig, told delivery would be in 2 weeks. 1 week later I was told it was out of stock, so I picked an alternative, again told it was in stock and delivery would be in 2 weeks. This wig was cheaper but I had to chase and chase for the balance due back to me which they did eventually give, but not sure if that was just because I threatened to take this up with my bank.
Eventually the alternative wig arrived end of November, so about 6 weeks after order, not 2 weeks!
Unfortunately I needed it due to medical reasons.
When it arrived the hair felt really nice.
There was no instructions about how to cut the lace or care for the wig, just a bag with the wig inside!!
Wig felt ok on until I cut the lace, only then could you get the real feel for it. The cap was MASSIVE!!!!! even though I had measured as per their website. Couldn’t cut around the ears as it was so big.
Also the front of the wig was like really large dark spots, so I asked my hairdresser to dye it hoping this would make a difference by making it all the same colour , but nope, it was awful.
Once they have your money they are not responsive and don’t care.
I was gutted and upset as I wanted this for a special night out and for over the festive period. But it’s now stuck in a drawer never to be used.
They also had a Black Friday sale advertising 50% off but all they did was double the original price to make it look as if there was 50% off, this is a red flag for me, but obvs did t see this until after I had mine.
So I’m £240 out of pocket and the wig I originally ordered that was out of stock was and still is being advertised on their website despite me being told it was out of stock, so I have zero trust in the Company and the way they operate.

Ordered hair topper it wasn't appropriate, raised concerns and EW dealt with the problems once we came to an agreement the process was dealt with amicably. Just be sure to check returns policy and communicate well. Happy with my wig, real remy hair, good quality. Thank you

The team from eternal wigs is so welcoming and helpful. The service is outstanding - with packaging, answers are always in a really short timeframe. I just love the wigs. Easy to maintain really high quality hair and lots of different styles and colors to chose from. I haven't order anywhere else for 3 years now.

For a few weeks been checking out wigs for Sale. On Monday wig I wanted to buy was £390. Yesterday went into the site because they were having a Sale the same wig is now £800. How can that be.

If you want a good quality wig do not shop here. I returned my wig because it looked synthetic when it was suppose to be remy hair .I wouldn't give any stars if I could .They are now trying to charge me full price for it when I have returned it and do not want it.There claiming its because it is a coloured wig and won't accept a return on it when it was clearly stated it was one of their blag wig selections.Please beware.

I have been scammed by this company, wig received worth £801 it was very poor quality of hair. Possibly synthetic. Knots on the wig have not been bleached giving a very fake look. The hairline has been razored down on either side it is very wide spread. The worse wig i have even purchased in all my 15 years of wearing one. Avoid at all cost. The customer service is shocking I have emailed several times but been ignored and rang so many times too. They originally said they would take it back to bleach the knots and then no further contact. I have been scammed by this company and would like to save anyone else being in the same situation. The wig I received looks nothing like the ones advertised on Instagram and their website. A more reliable company with better quality wigs is moramode.
