The website has lots of choice,delivery is fast and everything comes in an individual box,beautifully wrapped inside ready to give as a present.

Came promptly. Much smaller than expected but good quality. However the stone fell out of one earring on first wearing. Luckily it was found and has been refixed.

This is another lovely distinctive necklace from Eternal Collection. As always with jewellery from this company it is well made from quality material and exactly as described on their website. Also, as with the other necklaces I have purchased from them, it sits really nicely on the neck when worn. Highly recommended jewellery from an online company (with a very easy to use website) which is always despatched very promptly. All their jewellery is elegantly presented in a very nice box and well packaged. Highly recommended.

It's disappointing that a pair of inexpensive earrings cannot be posted through the letterbox?

I purchased the earrings for a wedding, but returned from holiday to two attempted delivery cards from Royal Mail.
By the time they were redelivered, the wedding had already happened.

Eternal, whose plain pearl earrings I have purchased several times as these, an essential part of my dress do get lost from time to time, are totally reliable. Their prices are reasonable and the service second to none. If one speaks to a member of their staff on the telephone, one can count on an intelligent, helpful and courteous response. Goods are delivered reasonably quickly but if I had a very slight criticism, it would be that delivery could be a little bit quicker.

I purchased a set of bluebell earrings as a treat for myself. I do not have pierced ears so am happy that Eternal has/have such a range of clip on earrings. The earrings were really pretty and a good drop length with a hinged and adjustable screw back which makes them comfortable to wear. They arrived well packaged as usual.
